Problems with a Girl
I believe the person you quoted meant she is in the US illegally. As in an illegal immigrant.

LCPDFR 1.0: Boat?!
You linked to a topic called "New Rules" in a forum we don't have permission to view...

SWAT Bust In
They shoot a dog and it runs into another room, you can clearly see it at 6:55. According to the description, there was a second dog somewhere and both dogs died.

SWAT Bust In
Gotta love the comments on the video. What would you have done if a dog charged at you? Let it rip you to shreds?

ELS V7 "Siren"
Do you mean you want the siren and the lights to turn on with a single button push? For that, you need to activate express mode. The key binding is in the ini. You might need to change it to something other than backspace (the default) - that key didn't work at all for me. After you activate express mode, you just need to press your GTA IV siren key to activate the siren and the lights.

How to use a savegame on a backup of GTA 4
It shouldn't matter because it still uses the same documents folder. The difference is that with xliveless, it's saved locally, whereas without it, it saves to GFWL.

How to use a savegame on a backup of GTA 4
Save games should universally be used. If you use xlive.dll, most likely the saves are in the Documents folder that ineseri posted. If not, they are most likely in the appdata folder ineseri posted. The game loads the saves from one of those folders. It doesn't matter if you're using a backup or not.

Police Speech
Yes, you can press shift to yell commands. When the suspect is moving it will be a "pull over" warning, and when you are stopped it will be a "exit vehicle" warning. I could be mistaken, but I think I saw Sam say somewhere that there will be more voice options added soon.

New to vehicle modding! Help please
I believe he wants to make cars, not install car mods. Edit: Ninja'd by OP, and 1000th post!

CVPI with custom skin, textures disappear at certain distance
I think GTA is lying to you about not having enough memory... Anyway, it's weird that it's doing that. Cars have different LODs, or Levels of Detail. What it looks like is happening is that the game is switching the car to a far away LOD even though the car is close to you. Could be a problem with the model.

Any FS pilots on here?
I didn't know that, thanks. That will probably work better than Bandicam. Since I run it in a window, Bandicam would probably capture the border too.

Any FS pilots on here?
I was literally just playing this for the first time in a while...odd. Unfortunately, I don't have any screenshots.

Alaska State Troopers Uniforms?
Ahh, okay, I see. The model uses 3 heads from one of the other peds. I don't remember which one, but it isn't cop or strooper.
-
Alaska State Troopers Uniforms?
Not sure. Those should just work by changing the name then importing it as m_y_cop.
-
Alaska State Troopers Uniforms?
Just rename the files to m_y_cop. You would then probably have to edit the pedvariations and/or peds files. If you link me to the ped you want to install I can do this for you and give you the file. Actually, this one has the files for m_y_cop: '?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>> And you don't have to edit the data files.

are these good spec
I had a 650 and it ran GTA on medium to high settings. I also had an 8120, not and 8320, so maybe that would help a little, but not much.
-

Yes, you can upgrade the card at a later date. However, if you do, you will also have to upgrade the power supply. It's only 350 watts, which is probably cutting it close even with that graphics card.

Funniest LCPDFR Video ever!
Okay, it's about open world gameplay with a big emphasis on guns, shooting, killing, stealing, and bowling. Still, I don't get how the video is "messed up."
-

The CPU and RAM are good. I don't know much about AMD graphics cards, but I think that's equivalent to Nvidia's GTX 650, which is a low end gaming card. Based on that, you will probably be able to run GTA in medium-high settings.

Funniest LCPDFR Video ever!
Can someone please explain how making a music video about tasing people in a video game is messed up? You do realize that GTA is about pointlessly murdering people, right? I found it funny and entertaining, but I do have a thing for parody music, so maybe I'm biased.

AI Cops Being Able to Finish Call
The AI should attempt to arrest him, but I believe you need to be close. Whenever I leave the cops to do something themselves, they won't do it until I come back.

Bad Snow on east coast
"I know in Florida (not sure about other states)" I'm not going to research what states require inspections so I don't somehow offend you, since I don't see how that is offensive... People in the north get off of work and drive through snow, too. Every winter. It's understandable that people are less experienced and less prepared for snowy roads down there, though. You shouldn't have to worry about snow. There should still be common sense to drive safer, though.
-
Bad Snow on east coast
It doesn't matter how good of a driver you think you are. Things happen to everyone. How can you say it is safe to drive nearly 70 MPH (I'm converting your speed) through a snow storm? You know why accidents happen? Because of people like you who think, "I'm the best, that will never happen to me." Your driving record doesn't prove shit. Just because you have not been pulled over or been in an accident in less than 10 years of driving (assuming the age on your profile is accurate) doesn't mean you never will.
-
Bad Snow on east coast
I know in Florida (not sure about other states), there are no required car inspections. In New York, your car has to be inspected every year. One of the things that is inspected is the tread on your tires. If you have no tread, you'll have no traction. If everyone in the south is driving around with bald tires because there are no inspections, then there's one of your problems.

Bad Snow on east coast
Perhaps if people in the South learned that snow is slippery and slowed down when driving in it, there wouldn't be as many accidents as there has been? I'm sure all of those pile-ups happened because people didn't slow down. You obviously don't continue to drive 75 MPH when there's 2 inches of snow on the road. Slowing down to less than 30 (probably slower because the road crews are not prepared as well, therefore leaving the roads unprepared for snow travel) would prevent any accident from occurring. There would be no need for the National Guard if people used common sense.
