I go to this school theres this asian girl there that REALLY likes me. 3 problems. one shes 21 i'm 16. Two she tried to give me a $900 brand new phone.

I told her i couldn't take it. now she is sad.

 

3rd problem her mood is based on mine (if im sad shes sad)

 

What the hell do i do to let her know we are just friends?

Trust me when I say this, only fight for the ones who really mean something. So many of my friendships have been ruined by my interest in a girl that really wasn't worth it. I messed a whole lot of things up because I liked this girl and now things are completely different. It had an impact on my school work and my exams and it really wasn't worth it. So my advice would be to run as far away as possible from her until whatever it is has gone away or unless you think it is worth it then stick in at it.

To be a teenager again.. let me tell you a story, when I started with the towing company I'm with now the guy I share a truck with is very gay, anyway, he has these 2 slutty friends that are his "wingmen" to get straight guys into bed (fucked up, I know) yup that straight guy being me, the girls are alright, screwable, but not worth it, moral of the story, I don't talk to any of them now cause they got on my nerves bothering me with it all the time, now I share the truck and that's it, catching what I'm saying?

Don't tell her that, because then she will think there is still a chance.. (Believe or not people don't see that as a rejection)

 

Tell her straight up you don't feel that way about her, and that also she is to old for you. Say it and get it over with. Trust me I tried to use the "Just friends" thing and then I would get a txt saying want to go out and see a movie as just friends....

 

Also if she sad when your're sad, when you tell her you don't want to be with her be happy that way she will be too!!! (obviously being sarcastic here...)

A 5 year age difference isnt illegal, as long as they don't have sex or anything like that. Now if it was a 10-50 year difference then it becomes illegal lol...

Women can very very vindictive, so be careful.  Especially a spurned and scorned woman, believe me I know by experience.  One minute they are smiling at you, the next you find your car with big ole knife holes in the body panels and tires.  

 

Anyhow, hit that azz for a while or be honest.   Two choices.  A 21-year old will do things you've only seen on TV and you may forget your name for a minute or two, so choose wisely.

I don't know where the OP is from, but in the US it depends on the state. For example, officially age of consent is 18, but we have this age loophole that allows for someone as young as 16 to have certain relations with someone up to the age of 24. So in FL, this would be considered a legal relationship.

On this girl. I'm just simply amazed someone would just be throwing a $900 cell phone at someone they barely know. Now have you talked to this chick a little more to get what's going through her mind? If so, I'm just baffled, and due to lack of information other than what I've read, I can't really recommend much more than that.

I wish you luck in finding a way to get through this. It's an interesting story so far!
