  1. I think that is so you know that LCPDFR is ready for you to use E on the suspect. That's just the way the model is in GTA IV. I'm not sure what you mean by this. In order to initiate a pursuit with a ped who is resisting, you press Alt-E.
  2. I think it's more of a feature to make drunks hard to deal with...lol
  3. Install it manually. You just have to extract all the files from the manual installation folder into your GTA IV directory then pick an asi loader from the folder labeled "LCPDFR Install (ASI loaders)" (dsound is preferred) and put that in the same directory.

  5. Install it manually. You just have to extract all the files from the manual installation folder into your GTA IV directory (right click on it in steam, properties, local files, browse local files) then pick an asi loader from the folder labeled "LCPDFR Install (ASI loaders)" (dsound is preferred) and put that in the same directory.
  6. No, it isn't safe. The world is flooded with support topics.
  7. The siren thing is a known issue and is being worked on. More voice options will be added at a later date - right now there is only the pullover order when you pull someone over and the pursuit updates. Apparently you can press shift whenever you're in a pursuit and in a car to say things.
  8. That's because of the way ELS uses the in-game functions to work the lights (the 'extras' system). There is no fix.
  9. What Ekalb said. Also, Abraxas, the developer of the vdH mods, >announced a while ago that he had stopped development of his mods because of personal problems. Whether this is permanent or not, we don't know.
  10. You should be able to download it from the client still... Although there does seem to be an error when I try to open it. Perhaps contact Microsoft.
  11. Got a call of a drug deal in progress. Upon arrival, two suspects started firing at me with automatic weapons. I retrieved my shotgun from my vehicle and radioed for backup. I stayed in cover until backup arrived then started returning fire. We were in a shootout for a good 5 minutes before we were finally able to take the suspects out. I noticed that an officer had gotten shot in the shootout, so I radioed for an ambulance. I went back to my vehicle to move it out of the way so the ambulance could get into the alley, when all of a sudden he shows up and smashes into me while I was getting into my vehicle. I died instantly. "Officer survives shootout but dies by ambulance"
  12. Yes, and I have 16 GB of RAM and 2 GB of VRAM (even though dxdiag says I have 4 GB for some reason...does it know something I don't?). It's not an immediate problem for me, that has just happened a few times.
  13. Hey, I'm not really posting this to get support, more to report an error. While playing, the game crashed to desktop and this error was in the LCPDFR log file: [ERROR - 02:01:26] [Main] CRITICAL ERROR DURING MAINLOOP! 14. These are the ones that are in the ELS user guide:
  15. The timer is probably actually counting down to the announcement of the official release date, which according to our current official release date of "later this year" will be Monday or Tuesday..unless they mean later this fiscal year, which can be different from company to company.
  16. Doesn't matter, I still won't be home when it ends.
  17. No, Ulfric learned how to shout, he isn't Dragonborn. Anybody can learn how to use The Voice, the only difference with the Dragonborn is that it comes naturally. None of the Greybeards are dragonborn, but they are all experts in the Way of the Voice through a lifetime of meditation. Edit: I just realized I won't be home when the countdown ends. Fuck.
  18. BLUE COUNTDOWN TIMER LINE? Mongolian Independence Day, GTA VI, The Elder Scrolls VI, and Fallout 4 are all almost here!
  19. CTRL+M calls an ambulance in LCPDFR.
  20. It's probably some sort of conflict with the keys. ELS 7 can be picky about keys that other scripts also use. I, personally, set my panel keys to /+L since neither of those are used by any script or the game for me.
  21. The default control is CTRL-M, though
