The CPU and RAM are good. I don't know much about AMD graphics cards, but I think that's equivalent to Nvidia's GTX 650, which is a low end gaming card. Based on that, you will probably be able to run GTA in medium-high settings.

Yes, you can upgrade the card at a later date. However, if you do, you will also have to upgrade the power supply. It's only 350 watts, which is probably cutting it close even with that graphics card.

Are you joking gtx 650 could run gta iv easily... it's hardly a demanding game lol

The graphics card should be fine to run on medium-high. More than likely high everything (probably could install an low to mid end ENB). If you are thinking about recording, the CPU should be able to keep up since GTA won't be hogging all the cores directly.

I had a 650 and it ran GTA on medium to high settings. I also had an 8120, not and 8320, so maybe that would help a little, but not much.

For that price that sucks. Build your own PC. Its way cheaper and a good learning experience. Cyberpower and those websites are overpriced and use shitty parts.

Not everyone likes building their own things. Yes you will end up with a better computer (more bang for your buck) if you build a computer yourself but not everyone wants to go through the 'hassle'. I second Nackatacka though, if you are willing to build your own computer, you should.
