I have been subbed to him for awhile now and it is funny because I was actually going to make a topic about this he has over a million subs so LCPDFR just got quite a bit of publicity although  I am pretty sure he spelt LCPDFR wrong at the bottom. LOL.

There are no modded police cars. He is playing on EFLC. There are more original police cars in The Ballad of Gay Tony (police3 - buffalo, police4 - stinger, policeb - bike, APC - APC)

Sadly though I fear that'll mean (harking back to the whole is LCPDFR gonna get more exposure thread) that there's going to be an influx of new users.
