i think is a RPH problem because when i load and try to use the f4 nothing comes up its all blank

mine is doing same game load but lspd crash/no load and all i can find is

no lol is that drug deal call you get from lspdfr and is really annoying cuz you get more of those then any other thing plus is only or always a car chase

I am only addressing the Pacific Bank Heist along with the voice over comments.
I agree with the visual change request but unfortunately from what I have heard from other people including Albo is that to do that it would have to delete your current character and replace it with the new ped and that will cause issues with the callout it self responding to your commands. I have wanted a "death counter" for the fallen officers and this feature will most likely be implemented.
The robbers that arnt in the main lobby of the bank and some on the balcony are already set to be crouched but due to you coming in and the way they spawn in its a hit and miss with them hiding, sometimes they will move because you entered and other times it might not spawn them crouched. 
Now for all the voice requests for the other callouts.
Currently that is not a planned feature and will only be an exclusive to the bank heist, I cannot confirm or deny that it might be implemented in the future but as of now there are no plans to do voice overs for the other callouts. For the Bank Heist all dialog will be voiced over but due to work and other life commitments the audio for the robber has been delayed and I do not have a release date for his audio.

hey albo. i'm having an issue with the stolen police vehicle callout. as soon as i start the pursuit the suspects abandon the vehicle, so i can never have a vehicle chases 

if i can find out all the lights they use i can attempt at making one

no you just need to check everyting up and the scale them to the size you wen put them were you then the uncheck only the L1 or you can just delete all the L1 and just work whit your L0 you get it now ?

I tried the up to version 1.02. Didn't know he made an update couple months ago. I'll check it out.

go have a look in the development section, there are alot of lights there, you could use jays mini leds, they look a bit like these

well the one's that i seen that they do have the right lights there only alaska state trooper clan use only you just going to have to work wit what ever look as close thats all i can tell you
 

yea does on the roof look like ion's to me

those on the back are whelen ion

may suggest for a lcpdfr version wit no boat call out and no auto save as these 2 features makes make game crash plus i dont use these 2 features plus these boat call out is annoying i get more of those call then any other.

what you mean they dont use red yes they do the only one with yellow are the 12 caprice and 12 ford explorer and they are traffic advisor in the lightbar but they change back to normal all red
and about the caprice thas not my car but i wish there was a model with those wheels and yea please i have not see a tahoe please do get me a pics of it o and if you can get some of the unmark 12 charger to i whan to see were all the light set up is at
