I rarely do reviews, but this needs to be addressed. The amount of faulty 5 stars is starting to bug the shit out of me on files. FPIU The car is nearly 200k polys, and that's just for the .yft. It probably should save most of that for the _hi.yft where it really matters. A lot of good mods lately have it set up where the car is only 30-40k in the yft, and 100k in the _hi.yft. You have a +hi.ytd! Awesome....*looks inside* oh. So it's essentially empty. What's the point? Shotguns are clipping through the console in the middle. Door and steering wheel textures are hideous. But that's the model, so there's that. Medium LOD is almost the exact same thing, just minus the wheels, which is just dumb. No low or vlow LOD. Tahoe K-9 The car is 225k polys. That's a ton. The same idea for the FPIU could be used to great effect here. If this was a K9, wouldn't the doors have panels over them in the inside? They still have the speakers and all the other assorted door stuff on them. Hey, it uses the default plate. That's cool. No +hi.ytd. Tahoe Patrol Hey, the shotguns are fixed. That's good. Interior looks good, same with the other Tahoe. Better LODs, but the low LOD removes the hood and wheels. There are ways to better that, so the car doesn't suddenly *pop* in game. I'm happy you're releasing, but these cars have some issues preventing them from actually being 5 star cars. It annoys me when people just see something they like and give it the best score. Yes, LVMPD is cool, and it's not something we're seeing in this community often, but they should be good quality and not just skimp on details. The liveries look good, but me personally, I'd take a car that works better in game, than a 100% accurate to real life one any day. Hopefully when you release the rest of the pack, they can address some of the concerns I had with this pack. Check out the forums here, they have a lot of good info regarding polys and LODs.

Absolutely gorgeous modification! ELS can be seen as some kind of game in itself. It is hard to describe how quickly the hours go by while driving around, playing with your different light patterns, controlling your sirens and shooing traffic out of the way like a true boss. An enormous amount of work has been put into making this modification a stable, enjoyable experience for even novice users. I thank @Lt.Caine for his tremendous achievement and countless hours of hard work - and also for giving me the opportunity to be part of ELS's development by playing a testing role. My full, indepth video review covering nearly all of ELS's features from the ground up can be found here: Go get it while it's hot! 5/5.

I was hesitating to give this 3 stars, yet I decided 2 over 3 being there are LODs, but... Come on, man. I know you are an experienced in model making, you can do better than this. There's no excuse but laziness for something like this. All your models I have seen, usually don't even have LODs. I don't know why. Aside from the LODs, there are a lot of blatant issues. Ones you can see and you should've fixed. These are poor mistakes. Poor mistakes I don't expect somebody like you to be making. Yet they're on a lot of your models, too. The LAFD ambulance and firetruck being two prime examples. You can do great work, you're just very sloppy or lazy. It's completely half-assed. I give such a strong review since I know you have the skills to be better than this, you just chose not to. If you don't choose to fix these problems, at least take this in mind for your future creations. These are great model ideas, but the execution is dirt poor. If I were in your shoes, I'd take down the models and fix them. Not saying you should, but me being me, I'd do that.

Excuse me, but I have a few jokes that I would like to say. I apologize in advance. My leaf blower has a bigger motor than that thingYou literally have to the worlds worst cop to be issued that carThat car is so small, you have to have the siren on all the time just for safety reasons. If the wind is blowing higher than 7 mph... You have to anchor the car down so it doesn't blow away.No place to park? Non-sense! just stop, turn off the car, get out, and just simply place it in your back pocket! The car is so small it doesn't need a full license plate. All you need is 2 numbers. If you get T-boned.. excuse me, i-boned, you are taking the scenic route across town! When you pull someone over, you don't even need to get out of the car, just drive up next to the vehicle, and after they stop laughing, hand them their ticket and drive off. That's all I got. Not hating or anything. Its a funny vehicle in itself, but to make it a police car... That's golden lol Defiantly going to have fun with this car :)

Hi Fabe. So I am going to be leaving this review to try to help you out, ive told you about many of these issues multiple times in Discord and me and Sean have repeatedly tried to help you but for some reason you havent fixed those, so I am going to leave this which will hopefully give you a better idea of the issues and ill try to explain them more in depth. 2011 CVPI: As I told you before the PB200 has a green/gray texture on the front which is clearly not what they are supposed to look like. https://gyazo.com/e7e52f95da6f03802423e0b7929d4c09 The mirror lights, and the antennas on the boot arent dedicated so when you open the doors or boot they wont move with it. https://gyazo.com/31e053236afc728f7d97583b4664171b - Also the rear antenna is massive (the closer one to the front) The gun mount you used is not supposed to be mounted where it is, and its clipping into the partition. (And its pink) https://gyazo.com/3ee4b3bbd931f0716c870abc9c38c26d The gun is clipping into the console. https://gyazo.com/f17bf5600fcb2a9cb06a4692571d0410 The partition you used looks like the default one from GTA police vehicles, which I mean I guess is ok if you really want to use it even though I personally believe its ugly but it is also clipping through the roof. https://gyazo.com/5cdb441ec243f7bf0852cbb216ae6436 I would suggest using this partition: http://www.gta-mod-center.com/forum/index.php?/files/file/213-pro-gard-partition-pack/ which also comes with a Cargo Partition. 2014 Charger: Basically all the above issues in this too but also: You have two laptop stands... Or something? https://gyazo.com/e7739c39cc2144a906e9f853a59e8634 The lightbar mount is just floating there, you did a good job with that on the CVPI, but in this it looks like you just merged it on and kept it like that. https://gyazo.com/f3b25e83e37a928095e6b6d8bcae2511 Theres random white spots on the back of the livery. Its a lore friendly livery so I guess it could be ok, but it would definintly turn me away from using a vehicle. https://gyazo.com/058353a67c0a41b306ef8a09174805b8 2013 Tahoe: Again the above issues but also: Nothing in the back holding those two bags. In a real situation those bags would be opened, and all over the vehicle which would not be good as an officer. https://gyazo.com/23dadcb2d2759cd2a0032c773879d544 There is no cargo partition. This wouldnt really be an issue if there wasnt a prisoner partition either and it could be a supervisor vehicle, but in a real situation a prisoner could climb out of the back seat and in the trunk if there were gear in it, or they could break out somehow, just always good to have a cargo partition. http://www.gta-mod-center.com/forum/index.php?/files/file/213-pro-gard-partition-pack/ Partitions http://www.gta-mod-center.com/forum/index.php?/files/file/419-auto-additions-tahoe-rear-cargo-cabinet/ Cabinet 2016 FPIS: Again the same issues, also: The pushbar is clipping in the grill: https://gyazo.com/beea05f4c5e5f42a503b913c0429b147 The ions are mounted like halfway inside of the mirrors. If you see in real life they are actually mounted on top, even though that seems odd its how its done they dont actually cut a hole in the mirrors for the ions: https://gyazo.com/d79f0af860340ae1c5a3e641daedabba Looks like you just merged the Arjent on again. It isnt mounted through the door, and the stands are halfway coming off the roof https://gyazo.com/411227b927f078eef7771fa1d38cb42f Brake light emissive isnt over the glass, so if you ever brake you wont see the light. Also I like the no smoking sticker, nice touch, but you only did it on the FPIS. In real life they would use them on every vehicle (Like the OPP does) Anyway yea, I wouldnt have given such a bad review tbh if you had listened to my advice I gave you like 10 times in Discord, even when you asked me but yea. I hope this helps, and im not trying to be mean im just trying to improve your work.

Excellent plugin overall! 5/5. Computer+ brings up some LCPDFR nostalgia, and in this case, it's not the constant Alt Tab crashing or the texture loss; it's the awesomely indepth Police Computer from LCPDFR! Computer+ is excellently designed and well optimized for GTA V and LSPDFR. I definitely see Computer+ becoming a crucial part of an LSPD officer's tool set. On top of a great design, functionality is also right on par; integration with most of LSPDFR API's functions, RPH functions and even my Traffic Policer API means Computer+ delivers consistent information that ties into all other popular plugins. On top of that, integration with various callout plugins that make full use of the hugely anticipated Computer+ API makes responding to callouts that much more immersive. Once you've tried it, you'll never go back! Definitely worth a download! Great job

Works like a charm! Once you get the hang of speaking to your computer, in 95% of the cases it will understand you correctly. Completely takes away the need for clunky keyboard combinations for various common tasks, meaning you have more keyboard combinations available for other modifications! On top of that, you won't have to remember as many combinations - just say 'requesting transport' and a unit will be on their way through the Arrest Manager API! The fact that this communicates with other plugins is simply revolutionary. I highly recommend this modification for its ease of use and revolutionary concept!

It really seems this is getting a lot of 5/5 ++++ reviews since it's a Tahoe. Nothing really honest. What I see here is already multiple problems. A lot of materials looking as they shouldn't, and textures that just don't work out. The base shell of the model works out alright, but the glass windows, headlamps, and brake-lamps both seem like toyish plastic. I believe it does not have the proper specular mapping applied to them. The rear windows being the lowest of them all with some weird gloss effect that really shouldn't be there. Being that this model is also locked, the setup of the car is something that should apply to reviews. The car is extremely plain, just a couple of default lights slapped on the car with a generic 5 minute skin. I do feel however this deserves more of a 2.5/5 as it's not bad for such a low of a rating. It just needs some more work and detail.

Note: This review was written a number of weeks ago and may not be current any longer. After testing this extensively over my past few playing sessions by taking it out and putting it back in repeatedly to detect a difference in AI behaviour, I have come to the following conclusions. When driving & using your lights and sirens: Any moving traffic in front of you tends to turn their vehicles out of the way as normal, except they tend to do so at a larger angle. On most occasions, this resulted in the AI pulling right into my path causing me to crash into them or very narrowly avoid them by swerving around them. Perhaps you can detect which side I'm passing on with some Vector3 checks to make them swerve away from me? (If you need any help feel free to post in the API dev forums ). Any stationary traffic in front of you behave in exactly the same way as normal - no difference. When performing a traffic stop with lights on & sirens silent (as instructed by the author) No difference to the AI's behaviour whatsoever. This is actually a good thing as I would definitely not want traffic not driving past me just because I'm performing a traffic stop (remember that bug in LSPDFR 0.3 where the road was automatically closed during traffic stops?). As for the overall user friendliness of the mod: No readme file or installation instructions provided in the download - pretty unclear. With Install Instructions put to your "LSPDFR" folder for ragehook being the only instructions to be found on the download page, still pretty unclear how to install (it's just that I know where to install this from my personal modding experience that I got it working correctly). Edit: Thank you for using my feedback and elaborating the download page's instructions. No INI file to disable the 'traffic stop move over' feature - although, as stated above, this feature is not working at the moment so this is not really an issue for me right now. Overall verdict: Two stars for the semi-successful attempt to make moving traffic move over better which I think can still use some improvement as explained above. The rest is either absent from the download or I consider it to be in need of further improvement.

A nice first release of ELS. Pleased to have this kind of control. It's impressive, but there are some issues that need to be addressed: As others have mentioned, the horn-honk-get-out-of-the-way AI is badly broken It would be nice if it would remember the pattern settings you set for each vehicle model. At the very least within 1 session, preferably saved to the VCF file under a section like "LastUserSettings". Make it optional in case people want to be able to start fresh every time. Traffic advisor patterns are buried in the warning light patterns. It would be nice to have a key to quickly switch to the most recently selected arrow pattern. Something like Shift+LeftArrow to switch to the last-used left traffic advisor pattern, Shift+RightArrow for the right, Shift+UpArrow for the most recent center-out TA pattern, and Shift+DownArrow for the most recent warning TA pattern. Looking forward to future updates!

@Lt.CaineThis mod is amazing. So well needed, and I've been waiting for it for a VERY long time! However, I have discovered a minor bug that can be annoying, it is when you pull someone over, and they pullover, but say you don't like where they pull over, so you hold down the horn at them. They accelerate very quickly in a straight line, even if there's a turn or people in their path. A way around it is when they pull over, you simply can press shift to cancel the traffic stop, then re-initiate it. I have videotaped the event. (it will happen with any suspect vehicle, time, location, weather, road condition, etc.) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LPpeIAOrUuI&feature=youtu.be Edit: Still not fixed (for me at least) as of ELS version 1.05. EDIT EDIT: Turns out this is a feature, not a bug. In your ELS.ini file, make sure to change "ElsTrafCtrlOn" to false. There are some issues. Most notably are the LODs. If you want some really good help on LODs go here. I'm not trying to be mean, but I'm trying to be constructive. Most cars don't even have a +hi.ytd, which is a little disappointing. Granted, most of these are just glances in OpenIV. Usually, cars shouldn't be more than 100k. If they are, they can use some work to try and limit the amount of polys there are. FBI (the 2014 Charger) It's 120k polys, which isn't terrible, but it seems odd that the base model is only 78k, and with 2 lightbars and a cage and some small lights in the grill would kick up the model to 120k. Nearly doubling it's original value LODs are the best on this model, however at medium distance all the equipment you put on disappears. Good equipment though. FBI2 (The 2015 Tahoe) No equipment whatsoever in it. Dunno if that was intentional, but it doesn't match the other "detective" vehicle. Same problem with the Charger about LODs Police (The CVPI) Good poly size, around 87k Just has a laptop, which is disappointing, especially after the Charger has some good equipment. All lights/equipment disappears at the medium LOD Police2 (Charger) Appears to have some rambar texture issues. Has the same equipment as the unmarked Charger, which is good. Same LOD issues as everything else. Car is 137k, which seems high given that there's a little less equipment in it than the detective version Police3 (FPIU) 102k and equipment, which is pretty decent. Camera looks like it's poking out of the window, but that might just be my eyes. The medium LOD.....is a mess. Low is just the spotlights and a wheel. It's like it's missing the actual medium LOD, and everything just moved up a level. Police4 (Unmarked CVPI) Dunno if this is an OpenIV thing, but the visor in the Tahoe and this don't appear, could just be an openiv thing. 52k, which is good. No equipment other than a siren controller, which seems odd considering the detective Charger had way more equipment and the Tahoe had none. Flag texture in the back looks a little too big imo Same LOD issues as before, all equipment disappears at medium distance. Also, dunno why, but at medium LOD, the default plate disappears and is a texture, rather than the actual in-game plate, then re-appears at the vlow lod. Policet (Savana) Equipment, which is good, but the whole inside rear of the vehicle has nothing. No seats. Just looks like a delivery van. Some textures look off for the cage behind the driver and passenger seats. That steering wheel is garbage. Sorry. Front grill emis textures look a little sad, but that's probably alright. 61k which is good. The cars aren't terrible, they just need some work. If you head to the website I linked, there's tons of really good threads on making high quality cars. With good people who will help. Don't let this discourage you though, there's the start to some good effort, and I really like the idea you have going of a modest lighting pack. Not everything has to have 2000 lights and 4 siderunners lol. If you address some of the issues in this pack, this could be a really nice addition to the website.

You're rear lights don't have mounts to hold them, your lightbar isn't fitted properly on any of the vehicles nor is the alpr. You're radio's don't look positioned properly to me, that's def a weird mount. You should rename the file NYPD Fictional because most people will say this is nothing close to being NYPD vehicles. Every update just gets better and better. I love what this pack is turning into. I have no better way to describe this pack as simply amazing. This is something the LSPDFR community has been waiting for; especially me. I love the excitement in the lighting patterns, the strobes, the different vehicles. There are still a couple of things I personally would like to see improved/added, but play no effect in the outcome of my review. Unlike Amazon's bias reviewers that claim to make un-bias reviews in exchange for a free or discounted product, I am actually capable of giving an honest review. Bunch of sappy stuff: Suggestions: Push guard with an optional wrap around as an extra. Better spotlights and use-able spotlights as an extra. Stationary antennas and one moving antennas as an extra. (Moving antennas are my weakness) More cars. I would love to see a 2015 Tahoe, 2013 FPIU (explorer), Ford Taurus, a 2016 charger, I suspect an unmarked Crown Vic is on the horizon :P Improve the dirt mapping on the vehicles. It gets pretty bad really quickly, and for me, the CVPI seems to only get dirty on the inside of the glass. Which blocks out the two LED lights in the back window. Somewhat annoying. Add support for multiple liveries. Even the unmarked units, I would love to add a few skins to make some slick top variations. Add some prisoner cages. DISCLAIMER: I received a free copy of this pack for an honest and un-biased review. (I didn't receive anything. I just saw this on Reddit today and decided to make a joke.)

I'm going to be honest and truthful which I what I always try to do when reviewing things. So let's talk about the good things: It's a new callout pack, it's always good to get something fresh and new to try and play around with! Thanks for that! No crashes or bugs from what I've played, which saves us all a lot of stress and anger :P 2 completely never done before callouts, again it's fresh and exciting to try them out. It's also fantastic to see another new developer in the scene and getting involved with developing mods, I look forward to see what you come up with and how you progress this and any other mods you make in the future! Now the negatives: I cannot help but feel they are a little bit... boring? Maybe it's because personally I enjoy immersive and longer type callouts that can vary everytime you get it but I feel like you essentially turn up and it's the same thing over and over again. Another thing I was thinking was that the Prisoner Transport call is in my opinion kind of poorly done. Simply because you're being asked to transport a prisoner who isn't even in cuffs yet!? Surely they're going to have the person under control and detained first before asking for transport for the person. Whilst on the topic of Prisoner Transport II had an issue with turning up on scene and I didn't know what to do? I tried to do LSPDFR's stop function on the ped but I couldn't so essentially I couldn't go any further but maybe my game was being glitchy or I did something wrong. This may be a pet peeve of mine but again we've got callouts which come in the default LSPDFR and that just annoys me cause I don't want the same callout coming up a lot. Anyway, that's my thought on the mod and I hope you use my feedback constructively and as motivation to improve on what is a good foundation for further development. If you need any help with anything coding wise or not coding wise then my PMs are always open! Have a good day :)
We've had a lot of Tahoes lately and that's fine because Tahoes are awesome, but this Suburban was refreshing. I love lights, and lots of them, so it's no surprise that I had to check this out. However, I was NOT prepared....... Upon hitting stage 3 lighting at midnight with Radiance V, my retinas were instantly fried, and I didn't even care. Hi there Jai, So upon seeing this file, I had to check it out, as a New Yorker and an avid fan of the NYPD (and all New York departments of course) I noticed some major issues that should be addressed. Before I start the actual review, I would appreciate a change in the main picture of the file, although obviously I have no personal connection to the officers so I should not be offended, but it is still a bit disrespectful as it is a picture taken from the scene of the execution style murders of two NYPD officers a few years ago. Now about the actual vehicle: For starters, the car you made the livery for is not used by the NYPD, you made it for a brand new ford responder hybrid vehicle, when the NYPD uses 2013 gen Ford Fusions Hybrids, which are vastly different from the upfit, to the vehicle itself, so this does not fit any NYPD feel at all. Now for the livery, although I can admit it is hard to call someone out on inaccuracies when the vehicle they are making a livery for doesn't even exist in the fleet, but nonetheless I will point out some issues wrong with the livery no matter the vehicle it is for. - There is no back or front license plate. The NYPD, on every marked vehicle uses a plate that, post-2008 has the unit number, and then the year of the car in a little number next to it. Unmarked vehicles would have New York plates, but this is marked so it should have the unit number, and then the year number of the vehicle. - There is no precinct, or division stated, every NYPD vehicle also is assigned to a precinct or a specific unit, so in addition to the rear unit number that you did add it would have a precinct or division. - Your text that should be the same width, and rotation of the top line(s) are just flat, and dont turn with the body of the vehicle, or the line, and are about half the size of the line, but it should be the entire width/height of the line that it is next to. - The "CPR" text does not line up with, either the bottom and top lines, or the NYPD text on the front door(s.) - The "POLICE" text is larger than the "NYPD" text on the back - For general livery issues, the lines are very very choppy and do not flow with the vehicle well (it cuts down sharply instead of slowly bending with the vehicle.) - The sides are not symmetrical, the driver side has a choppy, cut up line on the top while the passenger side has a totally flat line. - The quality of the lines are not good, even at full size you can see the little ridges in the line where it bent the pixels when you turned them, I would recommend, making it a 4096x4096 livery so all of the lines and designs are shown in their best quality. - All of the text, badges, logos, etc. are VERY blurry, pixelated, and low quality in general, some of it looks like you took it from real life images or other liveries and just pasted it on yours. In general, it was a decent attempt but no where near any design that NYPD would hypothetically use on this kind of vehicle, nor is it accurate to the Ford Fusion vehicle you were basing it off of. I hope you can make some edits following my advice and make this livery much better.

Hi there. So I saw your pack, and normally I wouldn't give such a low review for something like this but seeing as you've made a lot of models in the past, and to be honest the blatant sloppy mistakes, I think it warranted a review like this. I hope this can help you improve, and if I happen to be wrong about any of these feel free to tell me otherwise and I can try to edit my review to accommodate that. Unmarked 2015 Tahoe: Off the bat there are several missing textures of large pieces: https://gyazo.com/9d51a367309148b460b79c10144ed994 https://gyazo.com/4514b19cf34bce688a2fa927edf1177f There are no LODs for the equipment: https://gyazo.com/dbe0e8cd2bee841bb39f4b79718fd3 Marked 2013 Tahoe: Setina logo on a GoRhino pushbar: https://gyazo.com/9d3f5b43a0b352869612729d8e8b1790 Radar is clipping through the windshield: https://gyazo.com/fbe30f276b0a98194f65dc321bb8584a The lightbar mount is clipping through the roof, or whatever that is: https://gyazo.com/c04f6385e0f7cda9d72786dd959c512b There is no K9 cage, Hot n pop, or any other K9 gear in the K9 car, and there is a regular partition in it? Hi NoManLand, I want to preface this by saying as a New Yorker I always appreciate some NYPD but there are some major inaccuracies and errors that should be addressed in this pack. Some things I weighed less in the review because there wouldn't be a way you could find that information but I will also attach pictures for you to fix them, and some are just modeling errors or inaccuracies you couldve seen on google. Although im from NY, I am obviously no expert so please call me out if I get something wrong on here. (CV) First of all for modeling issues. The model comes with the generic SA plates, that can't be edited by the livery which, especially for the NYPD is very troubling to say the least. Playing with an NYPD car with basically California plates isn't that great. Second, LODs :( https://gyazo.com/2358ba4dd12793891df34f4c353326d0 That is for L1, no interior equipment, no modules on the lightbar, half the pushbar missing, the lights have no LODs, etc. Especially for the exterior gear you should make at least L3, and if for some reason you don't want the interior to be insane LODs L2 would suffice. Also with LODs, at L1/MED you can see the tops of the lighting, and some black thing. https://gyazo.com/ad4af31a1314f66f6837d0eca0fd372d For accuracy: The interior is veryy inaccurate. This is something you could've easily done with dev models already released. With the quick search of "NYPD car interior" I found some very helpful pictures. Even though they may not be crown vics or whatever cars you are doing they do use basically the same interior setup for all of their new cars. https://gyazo.com/f983114c4910749cb45c4bb0947f21c0 The lightbar, the modules are SUPER tiny. In real life the modules should be almost touching each other, while yours have almost the whole space of the light between each module, and the modules themselves are very tiny. The font and the text of the message board on the back of the lightbar are also both inaccurate, another major thing is the lights are LEDs in your model. The NYPD and other departments with this lightbar obviously use rotators thats basically what the SLR is. For all of these you can simply look at some pictures on google, or of them responding. For the livery, it is actually pretty good, but behind the unit number on the sides of the cars it says "17" that small number is actually the year of the car, and should be next to the trunk number on the CV, so they should both be 11 since its a 2011 vic. Also you can see in videos and pictures of the NYPD vics responding they use the two thinner lights on top of the grill area, not the two you used next to the ford logo in the grill, with what looks like no modules. (FPIS) For the fpis, basically all of those apply, really messed up LODs, inaccurate interior etc. But also on the livery is says "13" next to the unit number, which as you credited it is underwood's 2016 FPIS. For basically everything else all the same applies. No or messed up LODs, the lightbar(s) are pretty inaccurate. For the transport van: They use rotary lights in the back, not LED, again and def. not a Whelen Justice Mini. On top of that the rear font is really off, idk why the license plate number and the unit number are different and the interior????? It's the same setup as every sedan, how would it be prisoner transport. I wouldn't expect a custom cage or anything in the back from any modeler, but if you know how to use 3DS max I would expect at least some seating in the back and hopefully a more accurate interior. Also I noticed on ALL your grill lights there arent any modules, and for the van the emissives are outside of the grill. https://gyazo.com/bb3ffd1229240e2fac2e924fc53872a4 Anyways yeah, I feel like you couldve put a lot more effort into this pack especially since there are a lot of resources for accuracy even on google or YouTube, and with your access to 3DS. I even told you most of these things a few days ago when you were posting on your WIP page but you chose to ignore it, seems sloppy to me. 1.5/5

2 stars is a bit low, but the input into this model needs improvement. I'd have given it 3/5 if LODs were made, but no effort what-so-ever was made into doing LODs. People don't understand the importance. A lot of other aspects are lacking, texture for the front grille area is 64 x 64. 512 x 512 is what I'd recommend using for this. Exterior isn't all bad, front indicators could use some touching up being they're only two polygons with a texture on them. Underbody has no detail at all. Just a low-res texture for the chassis, no license plates on the car. The interior doesn't seem to be lacking detail, but the materials have no depth. They're just flat textures, flat black. A full black should never be used for larger objects unless used as vehicle paint. Interior needs to lighten up and have a texture of its own. There's a texture for everything, not just flat grey colours. Especially on the police console. The equipment itself looks okay, but the console is really nowhere fit for GTA V. It needs detail. Looking from the back, I can see the emissives placed inside the rear lightbar. Overall, the model needs plenty of work. It's been extremely rushed and no real effort was put into this. I can understand model converting can be challenging, I do it myself, but this is lacking all the necessary essentials. This'll sound harsh, but if I were you, I'd take the model down and work on it. If you're making this model and want to release it, you must want it to show your best work. Half-assing just makes everybody seem lazy. Which in this community there is no lacking of. I may also add, you misspelled Los Santos. Really, that shows the amount of effort really put into this.

The car is beautiful, but for God's sake, please stop using the same boring light pattern on all your cars. This is a Code 3 car, it should have a retarded random pattern, not a slow 100% synchronized pattern like the rest of your cars. And they too should have some variety.

Apparently skyscrapers are now offensive to the vast majority. I gotta say, this is pretty cool even though LS isn't even close to NYC. Being you're having problems with the LODs, I won't take that into account for my review. And seriously, triggered by a couple of towers that just happened to be involved in a catastrophic event? Yeah, you don't HAVE to leave a review or comment. You CAN ignore it and move on.

Fantastic pack; it's definitely worth an install. That isn't to say that there aren't issues with this pack, but they're overall pretty minimal and nothing that would warrant less than five stars. The effort put into this pack shows and is well appreciated. So here's what I found. They're pretty much all just minor stuff, but I still recommend you fix as much as you can. Certain vehicles: Glass doesn't break, although all of your bases should have window collision models so what gives?? All vehicles: Some vehicles replace sheriff or policeold slots, which results in them spawning in incorrect jurisdictions. I recommend just making vehicles addons once you run out of police slots. There's also overlap between model names, so you can't have certain vehicles installed at the same time as others. YTD sizes are huge. Generally they shouldn't exceed 10 MB. Vehicles in general are extremely poorly optimized for GTA V and stress the game engine and its available resources. It crashed the game on my 10-year-old computer and slowed my new one with an i9 and a 5600M to a crawl. There's a HUGE amount of textures in each YTD. Some exceed 200. Generally they shouldn't exceed 150, and ideally they shouldn't exceed 100 but I'm painfully aware that isn't always possible, especially if you're using a base model that already has a large amount of base textures in the YTD. _hi.yft sizes shouldn't ever exceed 10 MB, are there Ls aside from L0 in there or is L0 overly high-poly? CVPI base model is Thehurk's. I hate this base for a huge number of reasons and would recommend using either Underwood's base, or 0taku's if you don't need to customize it too much. I highly recommend using this MDT model instead of the one you're using. You should import the XTL/APX 6500 diffuse texture as A8R8G8B8. That way it won't appear green in-game. FS Arjent TA patterns aren't the most accurate. Consider using invisible glass to ensure the proper LEDs display. Arjent/Signalmaster TA pattern isn't accurate FS Valor patterns overall aren't that accurate, but they're really hard to do correctly. I would recommend again using invisible glass to achieve the most accurate patterns. The last two numbers on the license plate should correspond with the last two numbers of the three-digit roof number. License plate numbers are generally overscaled. The 3-button FS controller is backwards, and no vehicles should use that controller. 2011 CVPIs: Radio should go in the console Trunk unit number is the wrong font Rearview mirror should be attached to the Cuda base, not the windshield nor the roof Interior is overall very green which I'll attribute to the low-quality vehicle base model Rear-facing Cuda mount disappears into the floor(?) forgot what it's called (slicktop/unmarked) I recommend using this rambar instead The only CVPIs with rambars are from the traffic divisions of 24, 25, 26, and 27 (thanks to Just Your Average Idiot for telling me about that); any other CVPI is a patrol squad and shouldn't have a rambar The slicktop CVPI shouldn't have a rambar The unmarked CVPI should not have a rambar, spotlights, or partition. Interior setup is minimal; the MDT is mounted to the console and the only equipment on the console is the 6-button controller. Police radio is mounted over the panel where the in-car factory radio is. Radio microphone should be mounted on the far left of the glovebox and the wire should go into the lower compartment in front of the center console. MDT should have a red FS Littlite mounted next to it. See attached image for reference. The unmarked CVPI should spawn in varying shades of grey, not just black Unmarked CVPI should have full SAP setup. 2013 FPIS models: Vehicles shouldn't have rambars AFAIK the two-digit number to the right of the American flag on the trunk should correspond with the two-digit division number on the roof FS controller looks stretched out for some reason I can't really comment on the slicktop/unmarked ones but their lighting setup has some accuracy issues according to others 2013 Tahoe: Lots of interior stuff appears green Really not sure why you decided to use Thehurk's Tahoe base since it's the worst Tahoe base. I cannot understate how garbage it is. You'd be better off literally using a 3D model of a potato and slapping a lightbar on it. Use Underwood's updated 2014 base. Radio mic clips into the seat A huge amount of other base model related issues such as the rear suspension appearing lower than the front FS controller is definitely stretched out No trunk equipment despite there being a cargo partition Arjent seems possibly overscaled and the mounting feet are floating Tahoe base is so bad I'll mention it twice. When I saw that this base was being used in 2022 (or at all if we're being honest), I died. Literally. I'm dead. 2014 Chargers: Vehicles shouldn't have rambars as extras because you can't have a specific livery be used with an extra. I would recommend you create separate variants for the traffic division vehicles with rambars. Not only will it be more accurate, but you can also then make the vehicle count higher without having to do that much work - ever wonder why I have five different variants of the same vehicle in one pack? FS controller seems kinda stretched out Unmarked Charger pattern isn't really accurate Unmarked Charger license plate number font is off-center and overscaled Unmarked Charger should spawn in varying shades of grey, not just black 2011-2015 FPIUs: I would recommend you using Matt's base with Insanity's and Trooper 18's edits (and then my edits to merge Thero's accurate 2011-2015 interior with the base) to get the highest quality vehicle, as Thero's base, while having an outstanding interior, is pretty poorly made everywhere else; most notably, the body looks like it was poly-crunched into oblivion, and it has no LODs for some ungodly reason. The FS controller is definitely stretched out in this one and likely overscaled MDT screen is overscaled and stretched out but I know you're trying to mimic the Havis integrated control system. I would remap the textures so they're not stretched out. Dial and misc. interior textures are green and the screen between the dials is super bright. That's a base model problem, but I'd still recommend you export the corresponding textures from zmod, convert them into PNG, and then reimport them (after deleting the existing textures) into the YTD as A8R8G8B8. int2 gauges2 int2emissive Change the opacity of just the screen to around 5-10. Arjent mounting feet are floating again 2016 Chargers: Really not sure why you used Thehurk's Charger base since it's become obsolete ever sense Matt released his The frontal Cuda is mounted in a really weird position but I don't really know where else you could mount it due to the mirror. Vehicle shouldn't have a rambar Unmarked variant shouldn't have a partition, rambar, or spotlights FS controller seems really stretched out again Radio mic clips through the seatbelt clamp 2016 FPIUs: Vehicles shouldn't have a rambar MDT screen is overscaled and stretched out but I get what you're going for there. I would remap the textures so they're not stretched out. FS controller seems kinda stretched out Radio mic clips through the seatbelt clamp and the seat and is pretty much inaccessible from the driver's perspective Trunk cabinet seems underscaled

Before you read any of this no I'm not picking on you or bashing your work. I'm simply trying to help you out by telling you what's wrong and how to fix it. If you have an issue with that then tough you don't have to read what I post. I took an interest in your pack since I saw " Lumpkin " in your title and I myself am doing a mini pack of their cars as well so I wanted to see what yours look like. Now I don't know if you were going for an accurate pack or just wanted to use their liveries so I won't take that into account but if you were re creating their IRL cars then there is a lot that is wrong and so feel free to pm me and we can talk about it. Now to get onto what's wrong with your models specifically. Like I said I'm here to help you and all the stuff I'm gonna talk about you can easily fix and it should be doable. 1. Crown Victoria Pushbar is mounted improperly. There's specific brackets that go into the bumper filling so all you'd need is to move it up high by a tiny bit, that's about it. 2. The Ions on all your cars are way too small. If you're looking to scale something to the correct size then an easy way to do that is to find the items measurements online, then convert those measurements into metres and make a box in zmod3 with those dimensions. Once you have that just scale the object so it fits into that box and it should look good. 3. Pretty much all the cars and most of your objects have purple or green textures when they should be a shade of black/grey. To fix that issue go into your ytd and make those textures be in a8r8g8b8 pixel format. If you want the livery to not be purple as well then change it to the same pixel format with mipmaps set to 1. 4. The brackets on all the cars for the lightbar are completely off. The brackets for the lightbars should by fitted just above the door, PM me for me detail if you want to know. 5. A lot of your wires seems to be going nowhere which I personally hate. I understand sometimes emergency car outfitters drill holes in places to run wires but it's look bad on gta cars so I'd recommend running them through holes already in the car. 6. Pretty simple one, Centre consoles just floating. 7. I think this is just my personal preference but the interior equipment in some of the cars just looks out of places. Especially on the SUV's the wires once again seem to be going nowhere. 8. Noticed some things clipping such as the front antenna for the radar. Just make sure to always check over your car and make sure everything is good. Lastly just to give you a tip, I tell this to pretty much everyone and I was told this myself. Take time in your cars and take pride in what you make, don't rush it to make a pack. I started modelling 6 months ago and I haven't released a thing yet because I keep improving and I don't want to release something that just isn't good or something I haven't taken care in making. Hope this helps you a lot and trust me if you stick to it you'll improve over time. Also, I will be more than happy to change my rating once you update the cars, no issues in doing that. Hope you have fun modelling and good luck. Edit: Grammar stuff because I'm a retard.

This little guy meets all of the requirements I look for in a quality police vehicle. 1) Is it sexy? Try super sexy. You want to marry this after the first date. 2) Is it intimidating? Fuck yes it is. Im afraid to even open the door on this beast. 3) Is it safe? When you live on the edge in this baby you don't worry about something as minuscule as "safety". 4) Does it get the job done? Not only does it get it done, you don't have to even work in this baby. Sit back and enjoy the ride. 10/10 would bang.

I really like Dodge cars. I'm truly in love with old Challengers, new ones are fine too. I always wanted to have unmarked Challenger in my police fleet. But this is no way 5\5 car like people write here. Tons of bugs. TONS. The first one is noticeable even outside of the car, just look at those windows. Firstly I thought there were no windows at all, but they're just 99,9% transparent. They also seem to be unbreakable. Meh. Okay, you get in the car aaand hit it a bit. Damage model is awful. There are some outlines and textures hanging in the air, strange pieces protruding through the car.. ugh. Rims are pitch black (I suppose they're made of velor? Or why can't they reflect the light?). I can't even think about it. Just check it yourself. Seems like people here don't even drive this car, or they just don't care and easily rate every car with "OMG 10 OUT OF 10". I personally can't give 5 stars to such an unpolished car. If you're looking for well-made (technically) vehicle, pass by. 1 star for trying and 1 star for the lighting. I hope MrPotato repair this Chall someday. This review may contain bad grammar, sorry for that.
