That's what happened when GTA V PC released back in 2015. Everybody tried to download the launch patch at the same time so it took forever.

Off Topic, but just so everyone knows Script Hook V's update just dropped, and now all of your scripts and ELS and other stuff that is dependant on it should work again once you install the new updated version.

LCPDFR had a tutorial when you started it for the first time. I remember it showed you how to arrest and do some of the other basics. I feel that would be a great thing to add for LSPDFR. I feel like a lot of people are like " I don't know what to do " Or "Cool I'm a cop, now what?. " once they go on duty. People are used to having a goal or mission. If a tutorial explained patrolling, call outs, traffic enforcement with ALPR, Speed Radar Traps, special divisions like K9 and SWAT  and all the other various things you can do while on duty with LSPDFR I feel a new players will actually be more inspired or driven to immerse themselves and generate their own play experience. People need to know that with LSPDFR an added plugins/scripts/mods you essentially transform GTA V into the only and BEST Police Simulator. With nearly endless possibilities.

I'd imagine they've been keeping an eye on RPH as time goes on, and v1604 being the 'current' supported version of GTA for RPH, that is what 0.4 will be released for; unless by some miracle RPH drops a new new version first. Personally, seeing as SHV and SHV.net are going to be on v1604 I'd prefer if they stuck to the current RPH 15464 so I don't have to go through the hassle lol.

Kifflom is the in-game way cops greet other peds as far as I know, so there's a reason for why they say that.

RPH did not require an update for the latest version of GTA V. Besides, even if that was the case, RPH is co-developed by our very own lead developer LMS.
