WTF RAGEPluginHook Crashes to desktop executing ANY command on console?

Hey I installed LSPDFR on a fresh install of GTA 5, an empty 'mods' folder is present and whenever I try to load any plugin through console or on launch the entire game freezes and crashes to desktop. erModeEnabled [5/15/2023 5:25:08 AM.603] Read value: <null> [5/15/2023 5:25:08 AM.603] Initializing console variable "TimeScale".
