Hey,

Just crashed without forcing the callout. Freezed and said, gta v stopped working. This is the last ragehook log:

Thanks in advance!

Nothing crashes directly, again as above I can't do anything about this simply because it could be absolutely anything that caused that freeze. Without me knowing what caused it I can't fix it sadly.

Ok. Anyway, thanks for the reply!

You're loading multiple plugins twice, which can cause weird problems. If your startup.rphs has plugins like "SpeedRadar.dll" and "Spotlight.dll" (etc.) loaded twice, remove the duplicates. RageHook defaults the WarnOnPluginLoad value to false as of their latest version, which means that each time you load a plugin twice it actually loads it twice.

You can double-check if you have a plugin loaded more than once by typing "listPlugins" into the RageHook console. If you see a plugin listed more than once, you should unload both of them/reload them ONLY ONCE. See if that fixes/mitigates your crashing.

Once you load LSPDFR, could you check console (F4) to see if CalloutsV loaded properly? The last few lines should be as follows:-

If it is not there, something is wrong with the installation. Make sure you have the latest LSPDFR version (0.2) & try reinstalling CalloutsV again.

Yeah thanks. I just got it working but it crashed. Any idea why?

Hey LukeD. Sounds like a Awsome mod you have going on here, but i am unable to get this mod to work. I followed the installation directions and i loaded the game and i am not getting callouts nor does the flashlight work. This is how my GTAV folder is looking if this helps. Grand Theft Auto V > Plugins > LSPDFR > and thats where my Callouts V folder, CalloutV.dll and the ini are. My NAudio dll file is located in the GTAV folder its self. ( where my .exe and my launcher is ) Can you please help me get you mod working?

yeaaa. Saw that. I changed it to load them once now, but the problem still occures.

This is awesome but for me it crashes on most missions, have I done something wrong? Installed correctly and have no other mods?

And on f4 everything has loaded correctly

I seem to have a issue with the ambulance trying to get it to the area it is suppose to go to?  Also after letting the traffic accident people go the red dots were still on the screen?  Just my issue or a known bug?

I seem to have a issue with the ambulance trying to get it to the area it is suppose to go to?  Also after letting the traffic accident people go the red dots were still on the screen?  Just my issue or a known bug?

What is this "issue" with the ambulance? An "issue" could be anything from the ambulance not moving, to crashing into everything, etc.
All you have to do in the callout is drive in front of the ambulance, guiding it to the hospital blip.  And remember, you're escorting him, this is not a street race. Use lane discipline, & drive at the ambulance's speed (around 50 km/h).

For the traffic accident callout to end, both of the cars have to go a certain distance away from the scene. If you're telling both the drivers to leave their cars & go, then you need to call a towtruck to tow the vehicles away (use a third-party script) or move the cars some other way.  Direct quote from the user document:-

Ending Criteria: Get both cars a set distance away from the scene (approx. 1 street away)

It's a great mod, I love the variety. Only thing is that my first 'disabled vehicle' call was one where the guy was in a parking lot and was moving forward and backward slowly in the car. He never stopped and just kept on going. I ended up dragging him out, but wasn't able to fix the car. No matter how far I drove away from the car it didn't despawn or anything so I had to restart the game. Was that a problem on my end?

Yup, sometimes I see that too but I never had to restart the game^^ One time I had to block the car with mine, then pressed Y while the driver tried to move forward againt my car, it worked :)

Also, if you are too close from the car when you accept the callout, you'll see the car moving and break down. Same strange and unrealistic thing for the "illegal race" callout, if you are too close to the area, you'll see the two cars spawned, waiting for you to accept the callout. :teehee:

EDIT : now that I think about it, I never saw a cop repairing a broken car, its not their job IMO, does this type of intervention really exists in US ?

Ahh okay. That's the problem most likely. I was trying to press T (just got out of an accident call and you had to press T to interact with them there) so that makes sense.

Thanks!! :)

I have a suspect named "Lucas Carter", but upon typing the "u" in the radio "Subject Records Check" my character pulls out the flashlight and it doesn't prompt me with anything. As in, I can't check the records on a subject with a "u" in their name.

Is there any way to check if the police computer is open?

I think a simple call out to add which adds a ton of gameplay is BOLO. Ie suspected drug deal with a male and a red cap (describe the model) then provide a search area for the officer

Hello,

I wanted to give your mod a try, but I can't get it to run. I have LSPD 0.2 installed (with the provided RageHook version), working fine. I did put the file where they have to be, ran RageHook as an admin as always, but when the game is loading (some secs after hitting "story mode"), I get a "LSPDFR has crashed" message.

Here is the log:

Not sure why it's written in french, but the message says:

Impossible to load one or more of the required types. Extract the property LoaderExceptions for more info. (--> not sure what I can do here?)
Impossible to load the type 'LSPD_First_Response.Mod.API.Plugin' from the assembly 'LSPD First Response Version=1.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null'
And then:
Exception message: the value can't be null
Name of the parameter: second

This isn't a crash being caused by my plugin directly and therefore I cannot even begin to attempt fixing it. I'm not putting blame elsewhere, it's clearly a conflict issue with my plugin and the API somewhere, but with no way of knowing what yet I simply can't fix this for you sorry.

For everyone curious I hope to get a new patch out soon that addresses a rather stupid oversight of mine causing other API plugins not to load. Although I must admit I enjoy knowing I can DESTROY everyone else's callout plugins >:D *evil laugh*
It will also hopefully address a few other little bugs and make a few minor changes. But this release wont come out until the new LSPDFR patch fix is out as I'd like to keep my mod in line with it's releases.

I think I'm installing this wrong, I never get callouts when I put the mod into my plugins folder. When I put it into my plugins/lspdfr folder. LSPDFR crashes on startup.

I tried to load the plugin and it says it doesn't have the correct attribute.

I initially had this problem, and I posted my log on the file itself. I solved it by removing all LSPDFR files and plugins. I then ran GTA normally, reinstalled LSPDFR and installed the callouts plugin and it works seamlessly.
