    I 100% agree with @liverlande point. You filled the huge void in LSPDFR core and to be honnest, no one, or only some will be still playing lspdfr if your plugins never released. For the third time, thank you.

    Quand tu lance le jeu avec RPH, si ça a bien fonctionné tu ne tombe pas sur le menu du jeu mais le solo se charge directement.
    J'imagine que tu le sais déjà puisque tu as déjà réussi à lancer lspdfr une fois.
     
    Bref, si c'est bien un souci de chargement de RPH, pour forcer RPH à charger, je te conseille de lancer le jeu en fenêtré.  Pour une raison obscure, le plein écran pose parfois problème... alors que ça marchait avant.  Si tu édite les options de RPH (reste appuyé sur majuscule gauche après avoir lancé RPH) tu peux dans "Game settings" puis "command line" cocher "Force windowed mode". Tu save et le jeu va se lancer en fenêtré.
     
    A ce moment là, tu attend bien que la version de ragepluginhook et son logo soit bien affiché en bas à DROITE de l'écran et tu peux faire touche alt+entrer pour rebasculer en plein écran. (je précise à droite car lorsque la fenêtre de RPH se réduit, elle se réduit en bas à gauche)
     
    Si RPH charge bien et que donc tu ne passe pas par le menu du jeu et que la console ne s'ouvre toujours pas avec F4... Vérifie que ton trainer, si tu en utilise un, ne s'ouvre pas aussi avec F4... ça peut entrer en conflit.

    After extensive research I have finally found the siren strings for ELS and all but two siren tones are now working in-game!
     
    They seem correspond to the OpenIV assigned names but they have the beginning part of the string added. These were all found by me personally through research and experimenting, so you're welcome (also would appreciate this being a pinned topic for others to find). From what I gather the string is basically referring to the location of the siren file in the game's archive ('RESIDENT' being the RESIDENT.rpf and 'VEHICLES' being vehicles.awc, followed by the siren name). Strangely, the siren names identified by OpenIV for the main LSPD tones and the Sheriff Granger tones don't work so I will need help with that. Anyway, enjoy!
     
     
    LSPD Main Police Siren:
    "VEHICLES_HORNS_SIREN_1" - Police Primary
    ("RESIDENT_VEHICLES_SIREN_PA20A_WAIL" doesn't work for some reason)
    "VEHICLES_HORNS_SIREN_2" - Police Secondary
    ("RESIDENT_VEHICLES_SIREN_2" doesn't work for some reason)

    Firetruck Siren:
    "RESIDENT_VEHICLES_SIREN_FIRETRUCK_WAIL_01" - Firetruck Primary
    "RESIDENT_VEHICLES_SIREN_FIRETRUCK_QUICK_01" - Firetruck Secondary

    Police Bike Siren:
    "RESIDENT_VEHICLES_SIREN_WAIL_03" - Police Bike Primary

    My three requests are:
    1. Why are a few of them not working, particuarly the Sheriff Granger ones? Could someone with knowledge help?
    2. Can we get an AI Sirens mod that makes the AI change siren tones based on the vehicle's VCF siren setup?
    3. Is there any way to remove the pitch filters that are applied to some of the sirens? (e.g. the ambulance and fire truck sirens in-game are lower pitched than the actual file itself)

    Thanks you, pumpkin. I talked to someone today a friend who's in IT.... I found out I was not plugged in to the correct port the whole time..... I was not even going off of GTX graphics.... Now it's fricken clear as f ***. So I'm glad everything is working good now.

    Nice to see some news 😘

    A lot of people lost interest to the MOD because of the lack of updates.
    It's really sad to see a community losing members each month because of that. Fortunately, plugin developpers and car makers are still motivated... for now.
     
    That being said, I really hope that this 0.4 will be the "saving" update !
    The real big problem is the AI. The lack of realism to their behavior is ruining the game. I'm really happy for all the improvements you've done in 0.4.
    Nice to see that AI will now comply after a pit. Really hope they'll comply in others situations like... when 10 cops are running behind you telling you to stop. It could be nice to have the AI drivers correctly behave (move out the way correctly bitches) when we are using the siren.
      Second big problem is the performances. As lspdfr lack a lot of features, plugins developpers added it. Albo for the big part, and I really send him lot of hugs, and you should do the same, because without him, maybe 99.9% of your community (everyone is using it) would have lost interest to the MOD. But sadly, it kills framerate. Lot of players can't just play the game correctly because of that. All Albo mods should be in the lspdfr MOD itself. For better performances. Really hope 0.4 will bring some optimizations.  
    Not LSPDFR problems but :
    Another big problem (for me, at least) is the callouts.
    I don't understand why devs keeps making Rambo callouts. We really needs more (I know there is some, I have it) "code 2", "code chill and eat pizza", "roleplay" callouts. Having to chase people and draw my gun 80% of the time is really unrealistic. 90% of real life callouts are just little, boring (yeah, cop life is not fun), offenses and not random guys shooting and fleeing 25 times a day. That's why I now disable callouts to patrol, and just pull over some bad drivers, doing some roleplay by going to shops and ask them if anything is alright, checking random IDs on the street... and only randomly activate callouts when I want some action.😅
      Also not an lspdfr problem, but, we needs a developper to sacrifice its life (joke, eh ?) recoding ELS ! Please, sacrifice for the community 😂. We wants to use all sirens hashes, have the AI use the differents sirens and have better environment lighting.
      I really need to practice english.

    Well one of our developers is a RPH developer, so yes.
    RPH and LSPDFR are decently optimised, there is no significant frame-drop for either.
    Any performance drop you are observing is behaviour by other plugins/addons.

    I remember the days OpenIV was banned by Rockstar. The LSPDFR team published a statement like "We will release the best MOD ever to prove that you're assholes" (I don't remember the exact statement ) Are we getting that ultimate LSPDFR this year ? 
     
    Also, will 0.4 come with a massive performance improvement  ? Are you in touch with RPH devs to improve that aspect ?
     
    A lot of fps drops are due to LSPDFR plugins, mainly the Albo's ones, but I still hope it can be optimized... as we can't play seriously without them.
    Actually, with a 7700k, 16GB DDR4 and a GTX 1070 o/c (not here to say I have a bigger d*ck than you, just to say that the computer is not the problem) I can barelly stay at solid 60fps in the city when in a pursuit. No problem in patrols/traffic but as soon as I have to go in a pursuit... I often drop to 50fps.
     
    Maybe ELS is also a problem here because the more police car I have, the more fps drops I have. 
    But ELS is another (big) problem... hope it will be updated as well.

    Quick little update on the Forza CVPI, A significant ammout of progress has been made, The car will have 4 separate LODS, Will include all HQ details, and will again be released unlocked.
