Rocking_Star101's post in Character gets stuck in vehicle. was marked as the answerYeah, that happens when you get too close to a placed barrier. Because the barrier thinks you're a ped & applies the task ( "Don't move" ) to you.
Use SNT (Simple Native Trainer) to ragdoll youself & then un-ragdoll yourself to fix it.

Try removing SNT 6.5 & seeing if the 40 armed peds spawn, if they do, then it's some other trainer or mod spaming the function. Remove that mod (or if you don't know which one it is, keep uninstalling mods one by one until you find it) & install SNT 6.5 again & see if the Special God Mode function spams or not.
