Yep, if you delete every instance of

<Vehicle>police3</Vehicle>

it won't spawn anymore.

​Thank you for this! I was sick and tired of the interceptor with it's cruddy "POLICE" livery always showing up.

Plus, I know it's based on the Ford Taurus, but I rarely ever see it fielded on the road whenever I'm driving out. Having the Stanier spawn more often, it feels more like the actual LAPD.

Yeah, actually, it would be nice to make Buffalo and VSPI spawn with like 80% possibility, while the Interceptor will be the least probable car, like IRL. Will see if I can do it myself...

Alright, now time for loadouts.meta!

Changes:

All police shotguns, MP5s and carbines have flashligths.

Cops and Shotgun SWAT (they use the same loadout) have 75% chance to get the normal Pistol and 25% to get the Combat Pistol and the a 50% chance to get a flashlight on their pistol.

Shotgun Cops have 10% chance to spawn with the carbine instead of the shotgun.

SWAT has Heavy Pistols with flashlights as their sidearms.

SWAT has 15% chance to get a MP5, 42.5% chance to get a carbine and 42.5% chance to get a carbine with a scope.

Soldiers get Heavy Pistols, carbines with flashlights, scopes and grips and a 25% chance of a Combat MG with a scope.

I've noticed a weird bug with the new edited dispatch.meta, and I haven't seen it mentioned anywhere so I thought I'd report it. The mod has been working great, though a lot of police vehicles (I've seen the Cruiser, Interceptor, Buffalo, Unmarked Cruiser, and FIB Granger) have been spawning with nobody in them. These "ghost cars" have no drivers (though they still drive), all head/tail/emergency lights off, and do not appear as flashing red/blue icons on the minimap. I haven't gone out into the country yet, though, so I can't say whether or not this issue occurs with the LSSD vehicles as well. They only seem to spawn every now and again, though I have seen four of them bunched up together at a red light. Other than this I've really been liking this mod, it's been much needed.

They are going to be a bit tricky, because they are not a different model, but rather a "tuned" version of the standard Stanier. I was wrong, they are a different model. I'll see what I can do.

On the other hand, I can add FIB or the Army to the wanted level system. Anybody up for this?

​Oh we're ready lol. There is a mod out already that spawn army and tanks and all, but I don't want to replace your amazing Vapid Stanier spawning mod that you created. Also, is it possible to make a mod that will spawn cop cars to patrol around like in the old GTA's?

Could you please make an alternate version where helicopter spawn rates are toned down if that's possible? The mod idea sounds great, especially the loadout part, gonna test it tommorow, however it'd be just awesome if it was finally possible to have decent heli spawns, so that they don't spawn LITERALLY a second after you destroy one.

Is it now possible to have police cars and officers patrol the streets now because someone was able to do that some way with this mod https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/cop-world so maybe it possible for officers to patrol the streets finally?

The cars are patrolling, it's just very rare. I could try to increase the number.

It would also give the county cops a bit more variation, since they really got the short end of the emergency vehicle stick. Likewise, if possible, adding the Police Bike in the city and out in the county with SAHP officers riding (maybe give them the set of unmarked vehicles as well?) would be a very nice addition.

​Agreed. Blaine County really got the short straw, in regards to vehicles, and Deputy Sheriff's.

I am adding SAHP motorcycles to the countryside - they are going to have 33% chance to spawn, in addition to 44% chance of Stanier and 22% chance of Granger on wanted levels higher than 1.

There is going to be 33% chance of spawing FIB instead of police on 4th level and 66% chance on 5th level.
