​saw about 4 empty Unmarked Stainers at 5 stars in an half hour of gameplay

I'm having the problem that only Sheriff Stainer spawn outside the city, and only like just 2 of them, no bikes nor Grangers. Grangers only spawn w/ spikestrips.

In the city the Stainer, Buffalo, Interceptor and unmarked spawns but they seem so few. Never above 4.

Ok, it seems that removing the motorcycles solved the problem. It's a shame though. I am going to upload a new version ASAP.

Suggestions on the Loadouts: a version with limited ammo for main weapons with an unlimited sidearm, or no unlimited ammo at all. Perhaps add tasers?

​It also worked for me, but not all the time. Sometimes it bugged, so I wanted to be on the safe side. We can however wish that in the future somebody will figure out how to make new zones and then we could have SAHP spawn on the highways. Combine that with custom car models, mmmm...

​I could add tasers, but they probably won't be used. I like the idea with the limited main ammo and unlimited sidearm, gimme a sec.
