Solutions

  1. Yard1's post in Does 're-install' remove mods and custom content? was marked as the answer   
    It won't delete files that were not installed by the game, that means everything added (ex. scripts) won't be deleted.

    You can add more liveries to the wtd file, but game (including any scripts) won't recognize and use them because of engine limitations.

    That's strange. Could you reinstall LCPDFR again, but with xliveless option this time?
