EFLC is probably better to use. It's somewhat more stable, and police3,4,b work fully.

 

Sadly, on my system, when I finally got EFLC during a Steam sale, if seems to perform worse, even with the same settings and a graphics tweak that improved performance with GTA4. Since I've modded my 3,4, and B slots with NOoSE vehicles (and use PoliceHelper) the lack of police computer doesn't bother me.

What about riding in tandem,random event where you will suddenly see someone being shot by assault in a car or motorcycles/bikes then you will chase them then maybe they will shoot you and the other police to escape.

 

What about the ability to arrest and call for prisoner transport several suspects at once, because in 0.95 you can only arrest and call for prisoner transport for only one person at once.

 

What about raiding gangs, where you will eliminate all gangs interfering with the city, with convoy or backup. especially with air support shooting down gangs.

 

What about  seeing a random event where a person lying in the floor beaten up by several person and arrest them all with the ability to prisoner transport several suspects at once with police stockades? so police stockades have a role in GTA 4 LCPDFR.

 

What about when you arrested someone and chose to bring the suspect using your car, could your partner seat next to the suspect at the back instead of the front because what if the suspect tries to escape, just nothing, just like realistic looks.

 

What about drug raids, with escort and backups? 

What about a random event where there is someone robbing or holduping a burger shot? hotdog stands? peanut stands? shops? it would be good!

What about assisting police officers in need of back up?

What about player taking out his radio and speaks to it  when you chose to call prisoner transport, calling backup, and when telling to dispatch that you are going to respond to that call? so radios will have a role? 

What about other cops coming to you to assist you when you made a traffic stop? Incase the driver flees, other cops will shoot him immediately.

 

What about fixing the INVINCIBIlITY BUG in ELS!!!!!!! Please fix it Sam. it is making the game unrealistic! I really want the lighting system! without the invincibility! I heard someone is making EVCS(Emergency vehicle control system) which is similar to ELS without the invincibility and a new feature.
 

Please more variations of places where calls are taking place. Shoot-outs in that island has only 1-3 places where it could happen!

 

What about random event where there are drag races being held.|

 

What about Flashlights? 

What about having a medical kit and healing shot civilians/victims?

What about callouts where a civilian got hit by a car, and when you come to the scene, the civilian is at front of the car who had hit the civilian (because he is GOOD and taking the consequences!) and put road barriers and call for ambulance and arrest the one who hit him. 

 

What about a random event where the car is in bad condition (scratches, deformed, smoking engine, broken glass) and yeah, pull over it.

What about a call or random event where there is a civilian needs assistance because he just hit his car on a tree or post, wall, then tow truck it and drive him to the hospital/ambulance.

 

Especially fix all the bugs in the game which causes the game to crash, and improve AI. I can't think more ideas right now but there are more suggestions which will make the game realistic.

How about when you call for back up they actually do anything else than to shoot the suspects?

 

Another thing that would be nice to fix (If it's posibble), to not make the AI shoot at people fighting, but to arrest them.

An option to support added police models in addition to the default game police models via an edit to the .ini file.

Well there is this countdown logo that everyone keeps talking about, and I suppose if people are crazy enough to be seeing things like that, there's a good chance that as it supposedly changes every day (even although it changed about 10 hours early today according to one member), there's perhaps also a good chance that other things might start showing up as it changes.

I'd call that a pretty good teaser. 

Can we see a K-9 dog and  options to conrol the dog (e.g stay in the car,attack,search for illegal drug or bomb,stop,wait and so on..I'm sure this will create more roleplay in the game..

p.s.i am sure it is going to be a great new mod.

May be a little late, but would it be possible to be able to change the "LCPD" references in the script? For example (one of a few), if I'm in a clan (called XXPD), can you make it so that I can change all of the LCPDFR messages, such as "Get back in your car and use the LCPD Database" to "Get back in your car and use the XXPD Database"?

Three more very small suggestions...

 

1) The ability to clean clothes without the model changing. Everytime I used SNT to clean the clothes after a gunfight or something, the model would change as well. Maybe adding a feature to the station would be nice to fix this.

2) Equip/Unequip NOOSE Gear. A possible way to do this could be behind a police vehicle, "Press E to open the trunk. Press Ctrl+E (Or whatever) to equip/unequip SWAT gear." This would add the vest, helmet and maybe it could also equip the M4.
