    You have a link? I went there and searched for this one with the wraparound and couldn't find it. I searched a lot of websites before actually asking. I did download the one with the regular push bumper on GTAPM a while back, which also has ALPRs (I'm sure that's the one your talking about).

    I know in the comments it states it is a D&R Electronics DRCS110, however when searching Google and YouTube nothing for that except light bars and miscellaneous parts come up.

    This is a problem for me as well. While mines does not CTD, GTA IV freezes completely. I always had a mini freeze when putting on my hat, however after 3 seconds it unfreezes and the hat is put on. Now it stays frozen and I experienced that for the FIRST time EVER today. Good to see im not the only one. I have chalked it up to the DDoS attack but will downgrade to 1.0D in the meantime. ServicesEnabled to False has done nothing to fix it. Even removed my API Key as a just in case. Also tried unplugging the Ethernet cord to go fully offline. Still freezes with the ALT key.
