Given that 0.4 has not yet been released, I don't quite see why there's a fuss about the latest GTA V update and LSPDFR. I'm sure LSPDFR 0.4, when it is released this month, will be equipped to run the then-latest GTA V and RPH. ScriptHook will almost certainly be updated too, at some point.

 

If you're trying mods now and your game has updated, that's a different matter. But I, for one, am happy with a clean and up to date GTA V until 0.4 releases 🙂

Allbo is hands down one of the best script and plugin creators for LSPDFR. When I go on duty I get notifications for like 3-4 of his plugins I'm using, they add so much to the LSPDFR experience!.

I gotta say, Bejoljo is quickly taking over.  Stop The Ped pretty much does everything AM does.  The only things keeping Traffic Policer relevant are ambient events, the callouts, and its speed radar.

Love it.

That is exactly true. BejoIjo is an absolute beast! The ambient events and the speed radar is all I use Traffic Policer for.

It absolutely does stop GTA updates if you run the Rockstar version. Even if you revert using Rage it still tries to update. Im not sure what files and plugins you are referring to but im not aware of any that automatically update.

True, but sadly I have like 2-3 other plugins or call outs that are dependent on AM so I have both AM and STP.

And now with this new LSPDFR update, hopefully the ambient events will match the ones by Albo in terms of quality. Tbh, there are other light weight speed radar options to choose from that match Albos quality. It all comes down to the callouts and even then some of our new modders are quickly catching up. There is a new wave of LSPDFR modding and I am excited!

I love ambient stuff, but at the same time a big issue causer for me is some call out packs in which use them. Get FPS drops with some ambient events and they can interfere with some call outs if you are in the middle of them. Hope they can be disabled/enabled via a configuration file, although I do hope to be able to use them on my outdated old rig.
