[REL] Realism Dispatch Enhanced 3.1.1

I see that this changes which agencies patrol and are stationed in each area.  For instance, you now have LSSD cars and deputies at the Davis station and LSIA police at the airport.  Is this configurable?  I would like to set up Rockford Hills Station and Del Perro/Vespucci station as independent police departments (RHPD and DPPD) and would like to set it up so my added RHPD and DPPD cars and officers spawn outside them instead of the default LSPD officers and cars.  Thanks.

I wonder if anyone can guide me in adjusting RDE so that it doesn't overwrite the default ambulance or lifeguard SUV? I want to use Lt Caine's Default-Type EMS Vehicle Pack, specifically the Lifeguard Contender replacement for the Lifeguard SUV. But it seems that RDE is taking priority .

Replace the vehicles in the RDE vehicle img.

Actually, both are located in the RDEEmergency vehicles.rpf, rather than the main RDE DLC, so you'll have to replace them there.

Alternatively, you can edit dlclist.xml and make sure Caine's EMS pack is below the RDE DLCs. That should mean it loads the vehicles in the EMS pack.

So I'm confused... I know this is going to be the dumbest question but what does this mod bring to LSPDFR? I understand other models and agencies, but does it change jurisdictions of specific agencies? And how do they appear in game? Only based on the wanted level?

Sorry, I've been trying to understand this mod for like a week haha =)

Fireboy helped a little, however I think RDE is best summed up via Alex_Ashfold and BlackJesus:

Ashfold: " This should be a must download if you play LSPDFR, even though you don't actually never get wanted, but rather pursue the wanted. It adds a really strong base for modding opportunities for peds and vehicles, RDE is basically a DLC you install and all the law enforcement peds and vehicles (added and non-modded)  are regrouped in the same place making your uniforms, liveries and car models edit much easier.  "

BlackJesus: " This mod is simply amazing, and is a must have for people who mod their game a lot. All the cars(except police4) are in the same location, and so are the peds, which makes modding much more convenient. The best part is obviously the amount of vehicles it adds to the game. SAHP has their own fleet of vehicles now, and it adds the SUV for the LSPD. It simply adds all that was lacking in GTA V's law enforcement(which was really lacking). It also allows a total replacement of LSSD, with BCSO, which I was looking for. "

It seems that putting Caine's EMS pack below RDE DLCs causes a crash on startup. If I delete RDEEmergency DLC then the game loads fine and I can spawn in Caine's addons, however the Lifeguard SUV remains the Granger model and not the Contender model that Caine's pack should make it.

You'll have to me more specific i'm afraid. I can find my way around the folder structure just fine, but I don't know which files/lines to be deleted, replacing, or editing yet.

Go to (mods folder or main gta folder depending on what you use)/update/x64/dlcpacks/rdeemergency/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles/emergencyvehicles.rpf.

Import Lt. Caine's vehicles there, because as of now, the game is overwriting all previous dlcpacks with the rde ones.

Im getting the boat of the port police spawning here:

Absolutely fantastic job on this by all involved.  I just have two questions.

1) Is there a recommending order when installing RDE with EUP?

2) Are there any plans to release on ELS enabled version of the vehicles?

Thanks again for the great mod.

1) Shouldn't matter too much as they don't overlap each other's stuff, but I'd recommend installing EUP after RDE just to be sure.

2) Nope.

Have you guys fixed the gameconfig.xml for in-game internet access? I can't even access the internet straight from the phone, instead of directing me into the internet, my phone's screen becomes black and gets stuck holding the phone until I restarted the game, this is a game breaking bug, it should be fixed. I didn't get any answers from RDE Feedback, Bug Reports & Suggestions, so I have to post my problem here.

I'm a bit concerned by RDE carvariations.meta with their vehicle lines are absolutely wrong from their original vehicle lines. wrong colors, wrong lightsettings, wrong license plates, I've fixed it. About RDE carvariations.meta liveries, I might can help. You don't have to assign multiple liveries for one vehicle in carvariations.meta, it'll work as vanilla police vehicles. Nonetheless, it'll save your time to create a carvariation setting for a vehicle.

This is what it looks like above, this lines were found in the original carvariations.ymt. <liveries></liveries> shouldn't be used unless it's a civilian vehicle with a flag and the colors of the flag on the vehicle, like Marshall.

RDE Team is the best GTA 5 team i've ever seen in my life, but you guys need some improvement in fixing bugs and especially, fixing the carvariations.meta and peds.meta which are should be identified like the originals .ymt.

Amazing job and attention to detail! Still getting occasional crashes and bugs but I'm sure they'll be worked out over time.

Any chance of seeing more of Lt. Caine's 'Default-Type EMS Vehicle Pack' vehicles added in? I believe the Ambulance and some others fire dept vehicles are from that pack. Would love to see more lifeguard and ambulance variety.
