That's a part of Realism Dispatch Enhanced. It's currently not available separately, but if you know how the GTA file system works you can extract the textures from RDE and use them separately.

The RAGE Plugin Hook is in part developed by @LMS, who also makes up half of the LSPDFR dev team. RPH essentially is a standalone system for LSPDFR, as both are specifically made to work with each other.

By default, local patrol will literally just be that, an LSPD or LSSD patrol car with 2 officers or deputies. A state patrol unit will often be a motorcycle or sometimes a white unmarked car, driven by a single highway patrol officer. They both use the same weapons.

I'd suggest messaging @willpv23 about this, he's the one in charge of anything moderation related and should be able to handle the issue(s).

Fair enough. I'm sure there's a reason the major networks didn't pick up on it that much, but I doubt we'll ever find out why. At least it has so far meant people don't worry about it too much and just continue with their lives, which I think is a good thing.

Not saying it wasn't terrorism, just saying the official statement of the guy being a nutjob isn't a lie. From what I've read, they're still investigating if it was terrorism or not. And I'm sure they would have kept him locked up in a mental clinic if they could, but I don't think there's a way to force people except by a judge, who would only get involved if the person committed a crime, which he hadn't before this thing.

To be fair, the same guy did throw pretty much all his belongings out of his window while yelling random crap a few months ago, before finally calming down enough for cops to enter his home and take him down to a mental clinic. It's probably safe to say he's got some serious mental issues, which probably led to this as well.

RDE currently doesn't work with the latest version of the game as there is no functional gameconfig for it. There is no ETA on when it'll be made though, as Dila is quite busy at the moment.

Account linking has been disabled a few years ago. It'll come up with weird messages about the server because the server no longer exists.

RPH, Steam, and presumably the social club launcher (or whatever it is that launches the retail version) will always use the folder named 'Grand Theft Auto V', so if you want to play on your modded copy, rename the unmodded one to something else, and make sure the modded game folder is called 'Grand Theft Auto V'. Example: if I want to play Online, I'll add 'SP' at the end of the currently used (modded) folder, and remove the MP bit from the unmodded one so it'll use that one

Previously, no, however over half the team is currently in college or university, with very little spare time and often without access to a suitable computer. Other mod teams not having this issue is great for them, but sadly we don't have that luxury.

The API system has been offline for a few years now. Even if you were given a key, it wouldn't work. I do vaguely recall an option to change your name somewhere in a config file though, but I'm not too sure on that.

There's objective reporting, and then there's that article. Anyway, this seems to be a mistake killing in the Amsterdam underworld feud that's led to shootings once every few months over the past 5 or so years. Most of the time it's kingpins ordering hits on other, rival kingpins, occasionally they sadly shoot the wrong person. Not much to do about it, generally by the time they work out who ordered a hit that person will have been killed themselves in another hit. It'll have to end sometime though, once everyone involved in the whole feud is dead.

CustomBackup lets you force weapons on response units, though they sometimes are still changed to whatever LSPDFR itself likes.

There are no 'missing' coronas, if they're not there it's intentional, mostly because it would look worse with coronas than without, or sometimes because of technical limitations. As for steady burning red lights, that's indeed based on actual California regulations.

I don't know where the default location is, but I recommend putting all car mods in the latest patchday, just to have everything bundled together. The main issue is presumably handling being off, so you'll possibly have to do some vehicles.meta editing. I think there's a tutorial on that somewhere, as I currently don't have time to explain that process.

By default, LSPDFR uses police4 and policeb for state patrol response. You can change this in backup.xml, located in the LSPDFR folder in your GTA directory.

Actually, I believe it's to check if the trunk is properly closed and locked, after some attacks on officers occurred by people hiding in there and suddenly jumping out. Can't remember where I heard that though. Could be one of the Miami police vlogs, but not sure.

Presumably it's the same thing that makes most people become less active, other commitments in life.

When you have RDE installed, police car models go into (mods>)update>update.rpf>x64>rde>rdevehicles.rpf.
