Thank god, i'll be able to decide which siren mode i use. I hate how the sirens will get stuck on one mode for a good 30 seconds

No, he doesn't have the CVPI. He basically slapped his name on Bxbugg's video that he recorded himself. So i don't know why Prophet needs to add his name on it ....

Being teased by these fully functional crown vics for 2 weeks now.

Issues with ELS to be noted in video: Doors don't seem to stay open which was a common issue in early GTA IV ELS versions.l

WOW!!!!!!!! The mods puts the stock lightbar system to shame. I'm very impressed and would love to have the system with on patrol some day soon.

Where did you find this, and who is working on ELS for V?

Well, that's just great. I was hoping there would be more than a few good vanilla-lighting models before the crashfest showed up and made the game a lot more annoying for people without the best cards on the market.
