yeah i know departments use clear arjents im saying nobody in the lspdfr community uses clear arjents....my local sheriff on east coast used to use clear arjents until they switched to valors.....YES MAKE ONE

Any ideas? they used to used 2700s on their CVPIs but then went to taurus with these. Any help would be awesome

The neighboring pd is very small. Like less than 30 officers. They bought chargers cuz all the crownvics they had were all old hamme downs from early 2000s. The cheif uses an unmarked charger. They said they lovem. Its a small town. They said comparatively speaking, the chargers were the least expensive to buy, outfit, and maintain so thats why they went with them

Yeah I know. My state police love the FPIUs because of the pursuit rating. But as for the FPIs. I dont know man.. Thats not my call. Persoanally I would have FPIUs and Chargers but thats not my call to make. I just get taxed to shit so they can buy new cars. Its not that I dont like Taurus's but I guess they just wanted an all ford fleet.

So, Im extremely new to modding. I have never done it before. So this is like a big leap for me. Tonight I spent the time trying all by myself to convert BxBugs CVPI Go Rhino Wraparound and his Setina Partition. No. I am not releasing these to the public. As do I not have his permision. I simply attempted to convert these over from 4 to 5 as a learning experience. So the steps I took, so far... 1. Convert the .wft to a .z3d 2. Open the .z3d into zmodeler 3 3. Do this thing with the lods...im not particularly sure what its called but i clicked and dragged and dropped a few things regarding lods 4. Textures to the best of my ability. I used decal for most crap that i didnt know what to do with. and thats about as far as i got for tonight...I made this so fellow NOOBS like myself can teach and learn from each other and for you MLG PROS out there to teach some people. Correct our mistakes. Etc. this is not a topic to be rude to one another about how your doing everything wrong and such. This is so people who are new can learn and people that are experienced can teach. Please if anyone sees this help me out with the rest of the process it would be greatly appreciated. Help US out. I have found no good tutorial for begineers. And would love for someone to start speaking a language I know. Oh heres a screenshot of the partition

So I got really bored this past hour and went into my county purchasing records and found out we are purchasing a second batch of FPIs, all seem to be unmarked, and our first batch of FPIUs, all unmarked. The second part confuses me because our county currently uses Late-1990s and Mid-2000s Suburbans and Late-1990s jeep Cherokees as our SUV vehicle. None that I know of are unmarked. Our fleet consists of 90% Crown Victorias and the rest are Suburbans and Cherokees.We bought 50 FPIs to replace our very old Crown Vic Fleet in 2013. And I dont believe we have purchased any new FPIs in the last 2 years. I know we dont currently have any FPIUs in service. Our county usually shows our new vehicles off when they get them. But wouldnt it make more sense to replace the Suburbans and the Cherokess first with marked FPIUs instead of servicing unmarked FPIUs in without replacing something. Most of our Suburbans and Cherokees are K9s, Maritime, SRO units. At least from what ive seen from living here since i was born. It just dosnt make sense to me not replacing the marked units first since they are aging. I know most of our unmarked CVPIs are 1999 and 2000 model years. But they arnt Patrol Cars so they dont see 24/7 usage. I dont know if I agree with servicing unmarked FPIUs first without replacing our aging suvs. But i can get on bored with replacing our old unmarked CVPIs. Tell me what yall think. And if youd like me to link the pdfs i will.

So im very new at making car models for gta5. Like so new I honestly have no clue. I would like to make a Baltimore County Car Pack that (for now until we get a newer FPI) will include a 2011 Crown Vic and a 2015 Suburban. But I would like to team up with someone to make it. The textures are the easy part. But car modeling and police extras i have a problem with. Im just asking if anyone wants to join me in making a car pack with me. Vehicle specs... Crown Vic- Addon Push Bumper- (BCoPD doesn't use push bumpers, i've never seen one while driving at least)- Setina PB-400----------ADDON Grill Lights- 2x grill lights. One on each side. Don't know model of them but i'm guessing Whelen Ions Spotlight- 1x Spotlight on driver side. Don't know make or model.----------ADDON Lightbar- Code 3 Rx2700(would also like too make a second version with a Code 3 Mx700 for older BCoPD CVPI Units) No traffic advisor. Just Red and Blue Interior- Dashcam, Center Console, Laptop, Gun Rack, Partition(older vehicles use cage like models, newer ones are the clear glass like models) Nothing in the rear Suburban- Addon Push Bumper- Setina PB-400(Not county spec but I like push bumpers)----------ADDON Grill lights- 2x Whelen Ions(like with the cvpi I dont know model so im going with ions) Spotlight- 1x Spotlight Driver side----------ADDON Lightbar- Rx2700 and Mx700(same as cvpi) Interior- Dashcam, Center console, Laptop, Gun Rack, Front Partition(glass like one), Rear Partition(cage like one), Trunk includes storage compartments, bags, etc.. Rear- Nothing as of now but depending on how the lights look from behind, I might add 2x Ions next to lisence plate. Not sure yet If you have interest in helping make this pack comment or pm me so we can work everything out. Remember i'm extremely new to making cars but I have the wonderful ability to learn. Once I set my mind to something I finish it. Oh textures. They are easy tbh. New design texture well use if we only go with Rx2700(will include old version if we use Mx700 too) Would like at least 4 per vehicle, Max of 8(8 seems out there though) Again comment if your interested. And no i'm not asking someone to make these for me. Im asking if anyone would like to make a car pack WITH me. I also have ideas for other MD departments...i'm thinking MDSP Next. And was also thinking, if I team up with someone we can make a car pack of your design choice next aswell.

have you extracted it to the desktop for example and used notepad to make your changes. then resave and import back in????

use zmodeler 2 to put it into .z3d format(i believe) and open that into zmodeler 3. I think this is how its done. and btw, what lightbar? I want a valor but theres no dev one for V and i dont have the funds to pay for zmodeler 2.

Does anyone know where I can find a Valor Lightbar/RX2700 that has been converted to GTA V already? Im new too zmodeler. I want to try to release 2 sheriff cars by the end of the month. I want to use the Valor or RX2700 but I do not have zmodeler 2 and currently cant afford it. If anyone can point me in the right direction it would be greatly appreciated.Thank you all.
