Solutions

  1. TheUniT's post in Partner does not arrest ped when I issue arrest command was marked as the answer   
    I think it doesn't work if you've told the suspect to stop, pressing E. He/she has to be walking normally.
  2. TheUniT's post in Game crashes after some secs without a reason was marked as the answer   
    I'm so dumb... I forgot the setting for Abraxas' police station mod.   I used it without the setting. Now I uninstalled it, works fine now!
