Not sure what this has to do with LSPDFR 0.4, but I will say that considering how much @Albo1125 has given the whole community with his work, I think this comment is in poor taste.

they did lock the last update from comments..maybe a good sign?
 

The u-turn issue is a coding thing and I would love to see it fixed, but I am unsure if they can fix that. Your frames are dependent on the RIG you have, the plugins you have installed, how modern your plugins are, how many texture mods you have, how many custom cars you have and of course how many scripts you have. I get over 60fps EASY after I reinstalled LSPDFR and Rage and also purged out old plugins. Before I had old plugins, retired scripts and I would get 35fps at most, have terrible texture pops, and the civ cars would bug out because I had so many customs. I also use a standalone DLC folder where I keep all my cars that I have in my game.

I hope you bring back the arrest animation from 0.2! the one where he gets on his knees... or have both and have them be random when you hold ►

I just got home from work and am currently putting the article up now!  Sorry about the delay, it's been pretty hectic!

Any ideas when Albos or the script hook will be updated? Awaiting a lot of new mods I haven't gotten to try.

I can't wait till the day rockstar stops supporting gta online. Maybe once Red Dead 2 comes out(fingers crossed). In the mean time I would like to thank the RPH and LSPDFR teams for all their hard work. I'm sure its not easy keeping these scripts up to date, balancing all this with their real jobs and personal lives.

There seems to be many petitions going round at the moment! None will help. Right now all I can hope for is a speedy release of script hook, only found out about lspdfr a few days ago and was blown away by it and now can't play it. I never thought at the age of 44 I would be having a tantrum!!

No Roth, you bought a license to use the software. You do not own a single piece of software distributed with it. If you owned the software, you would also own the source code to the software. That's just how it works legally.
 
I'm by no means defending Rockstar or Take Two's actions here. If anything, I encourage people to fight back against it, but do not take the EULA as being irrelevant, because it's not. The reason I don't even play GTA anymore, or use Microsoft Windows, is because I would rather enjoy the freedom to customize my own machine and its software to fit my needs, rather than being controlled by the programs I use. This is what both Rockstar and OpenIV do to you. There is no reason for OpenIV to be closed software that cannot be developed and modified for people's own use: it is a tool. As are things like Microsoft Windows, and I do not appreciate tools controlling how I use them.

I like your videos man, I noticed on some of them your audio is really low though. Other than that its great!
