I initially had this problem, and I posted my log on the file itself. I solved it by removing all LSPDFR files and plugins. I then ran GTA normally, reinstalled LSPDFR and installed the callouts plugin and it works seamlessly.

As crazy as this may sounds, it actually worked indeed! You sir, deserve a medal!

@LukeD maybe you want to add this in a "troubleshoot" section or something :) Might not be the only one to have that kind of issue, and a simple solution seems to work well.

I think I'm installing this wrong, I never get callouts when I put the mod into my plugins folder. When I put it into my plugins/lspdfr folder. LSPDFR crashes on startup.

I tried to load the plugin and it says it doesn't have the correct attribute.

See the fix idea just above :) It might help you as well.

 

Oh and by the way, just my 2 cents on Broken down car callouts: I would love to ask drivers IDs :) (not possible atm it seems)

Why is firefox blocking this mod from downloading?

 

Firefox changed something on downloads this week it seems...I tried everything I could think of to fix it but couldn't.  It still is doing it.  Finally figured out a temp solution...

Right click or left click on the red x and you can manually unblock the file and download.

I used IE to get the mod.

Nevermind for now, I think this may be causing my game to CTD but need to do further testing.

Released a new update so the plugin falls in line with the latest RPH and LSPDFR versions.
Made some minor fixes and changes, including the complete removal of Naudio.dll requirements.

No crash so far. Seems much more stable than the first release. Thanks for the update and the development of this mod!

Unsupported game detected. RAGE Plugin Hook has been disabled. This version of the game may have just been released, and thus is not supported by RAGE Plugin Hook yet.

The error is pretty self-explanatory. It tells you that you don't have a version of the game that is supported by RagePluginHook. You'll have to wait for an update.

Understood, however, I didn't know with the latest patch update that was done if this was a common error, or was (most likely) user end issue.

Well I got it to sort of run, but it crashed. I've attached both the error message given and the log from RagePlugin

My apologies, after further research, it seems that there is a pretty wide spread issue with Rage Hook? Apparently the new update has some issues.

The console for Ragehook doesn't work for a good amount of people. F4 just freezes the game like the console is open but it's not.

The new GTA update might put them into overdrive to figure out the issue related to that before putting up the next version of it out.

I have a suggestion for a future callout - a bomb threat perhaps. There is a juggernaut outfit in game, I wonder if that could somehow be applied and used in such a a callout scenario.

Armored Truck job in progress  Bank/ Convenient store robbery in progress mugging drug deal shootouts stolen vehicle APB assisting officers in Searches or then being in trouble road block assist  investigations of people with: Weapons, drugs, drug money indecent exposure  attack/ assault with or without deadly weapon domestic violence riots prison assist in riots or possible breakouts trespassing stalking pedophilia  suspicious persons/vehicle, maybe they have bombs or illegal stuff in (Vehicle)on them (person) or they have nothing break ins holdups and many more i cant remember to add but i know not all of these may or may not be possible to make but i hope they are and these are things that would make the policing experience really cool :)
