I mean the LAPD doesn't really do foot patrols so that's pretty realistic I would say.

I hope you know there is more to ELS then having lights flash. MUCH more. 

Non-ELS can satisfy me much more than ELS ever could.

Not all across the city, and since  Los Santos is a much smaller version of LA I don't think it would be too realistic.

Meh, I only would like to see a few of these at "LSPD:FR" or how ever this mod will be called. I suggest that the development hasn't even started yet,

but I'd like to see this:

 

- Riots (Necessary)

- Robberies (Bankrobberies, Shoprobberies; Necessary; (not only Outside of Buildings but also Inside of the possible ones where you can go in))

- F.I.B call outs (For violent robberies and shoot-outs;Necessary)

- Different Policestations (Inside of buildings;Necessary)

- And all of the GTA IV call-outs, atleast most of them. (Most likely Necessary)

I'd love to see the Chopper camera from Trevor's 'Eye in the Sky' mission make an appearance in the mod... have an AI pilot pursue a fleeing suspect, and you control the camera (maybe for filming or Youtube footage).

Only day one mods we'll see is carmageddon and shit like that. Trainer will probably be out in the coming months, car mods next year maybe and advanced scripts in maybe half a year.

Actually at a certain time, you can see them driving around in various vehicles, such as the Highway Patrol bike, the FIB Buffalo, and the Marked Buffalo.

More callouts without relying on the API, ELS and the ability to serve warrants 

I'd want ELS because of the insane amount of siren tones that were on the PS4 and XBONE (for each different vehicle or whatever). So many possibilities.

Also a ton of police cars. The only thing wrong with the current lighting in the game is that there's no lights only, only lights and sirens. But the patterns look awesome.

A version of simple native trainer

Some ambient callouts (they had alot of robbery or mugging callouts in story mode)

I think a feature where you can question witnesses and have more in-depth interactions with peds in general would be a welcomed addition.

K-9 units and backup customization (how many cops in each car, what they respond in, what vehicle models come with what type of backup, what weapons each carries and what attachments on the weapons).

​nah ELS still way to go and with the new system will look even more outstanding

Somethings i'd like to see for LSPDFR is :

1.) MVA's calls (And you can have certain roles to do at the accident)

2.) Another Traffic stop assistance or (BackUp) Script 

3.) Some Crown Vics, Tahoes, and Chargers (Get rid of the cheesy mock-up versions of those)
