Ach so. 
Gegen Modifikationen im Allgemeinen habe ich nichts so lange sie für den Spielspaß und gegen Regelverstoß, z.B. von "Scriptkiddys" genutzten Online-Modifikationen bzw. "Modtools", für ihre eigene Bereicherung benutzt werden. 

Ich habe bei diesem Thema nur ausführlich beschreiben wollen, dass Modifikationen den Mehrspieler im allgemeinen nicht unterstützen, und man es lieber unterlassen sollte, anstatt einer Sperrung des Social-Club Accounts entgegen zusetzen.

Die Synchronisation ist oftmals unvorstellbar schlecht. Dazu würde ich nicht empfehlen, GTA V Multiplayer mit diesem Launcher zu spielen. Rockstar verwendet drastische Methoden und wenn du erwischt wirst, heißt es adé Social Club. Es gab schon Social-Club Sperren in Höhe von 20+ Jahren.

Richtig. Es sollte dir angezeigt werden, falls du diese oder eine neuere Version davon schon hast.

Kannst du das überprüfen? Am besten versuchst du die genannte Software zu installieren. Wenn es sich installieren lässt, hattest du es noch nicht.
Außerdem sollte dein GTA5-Ordner den du modden möchtest unbedingt "Grand Theft Auto V" heißen. Ich erinnere mich, dass es mit umbenannten Ordnern mal probleme gab.

Um dir zu helfen braucht man mehr Informationen.
Hast du GTA V legal erworben? Benutzt du die aktuellste Version des Spiels? Welche Version der RagePluginHook benutzt du? Wurde eine RagePluginHook.log im Spielordner erstellt? Falls ja, poste sie bitte hier. Erfüllst du alle Anforderungen?

Meh, I only would like to see a few of these at "LSPD:FR" or how ever this mod will be called. I suggest that the development hasn't even started yet,
but I'd like to see this:
 
- Riots (Necessary)
- Robberies (Bankrobberies, Shoprobberies; Necessary; (not only Outside of Buildings but also Inside of the possible ones where you can go in))
- F.I.B call outs (For violent robberies and shoot-outs;Necessary)
- Different Policestations (Inside of buildings;Necessary)
- And all of the GTA IV call-outs, atleast most of them. (Most likely Necessary)

Der Hammer! Freut mich, dich mal wieder zusehen!

Erstell bei C:/Program Files(x86)/ einen neuen Ordner - Rechtsklick -> Neu -> Ordner - Der Name, zur Orientierung, sollte am besten "Rockstar Games" (ohne " ") heißen. Kopiere - Markier alle Files -> Rechtsklick -> Kopieren - alle Files und pack sie in den "Rockstar Games" Ordner rein. Nun installiere die "Manuelle Version" von LCPD:FR und entpack die Files, danach tue die entpackten Files auch in den "Rockstar Games" Ordner rein. Hoffe ich konnte helfen.

Why the hell do you guys call it LSPD:FR? There's still the Blaine County Police Department or Sheriff Department, I dunno - It can't be LSPD:FR, it must be something else - Stop saying LSPD:FR

Hallo "DerSimuZocker" und Willkommen in der riesigen Community von LCPD:FR.
Jetzt mal zu deinem Problem : 
~Hast du Version 0.95 auch richtig de-installiert? Wenn nicht, versuche es auf "google" oder "YouTube".
~Hast du versucht, das Spiel als Administrator zustarten?
~Hast du die manuelle Installation (manual Installation, unter dem "Alternative"...) ausprobiert? Denn mit der manuellen Installation MUSS es gehen. (INFO: Bei mir hat es auch nicht mit der Automatischen Installation geklappt, mit der manuellen jedoch schon.)
Probier all dies erst einmal aus, wenn du das getan hast und es trotzdem nicht geht, und die Community dir nicht weiterhelfen kann, was unwahrscheinlich ist, versuch es mit dem Support, wenn du nicht warten kannst, das sollte zumindest klappen.
Ich hoffe, dass dir keine weiteren Schwierigkeiten entgegenkommen...

Yeah - You're probably right.

weidncol, you know so little. 
1. Yes, there are always hackers, even already on the consoles, but its absolutly Illegal, how already said a few answers above.
2. It will, Programming, Coding, Scripting ect. takes time, you should know that, it's no easy shit.
3. Yes, but they're hacking the console Versions, absolutly illegal, how already said. You get banned through this, 99,9999995% (People are even hosting Lobbys, for Heist-missions, which aren't even released. Thats true hacking.)
They're already making tools, and? Who says that these tools will work?

Stay tuned. By the way, there are Modifications which add several Mountains with roads, new citys ect. ect.
I'm getting bored from GTA IV, just like you... so, i hope GTA V will be much better on PC then on the console-Versions

Well, let's make it not sooo exciting. If GTA V comes out, it will take a loong time to Script, configure (ecetera ecetera) "LSPDFR", which maybe will not be "LSPDFR".
Let's wait and see, but not hope... it's too much to hope for every of these ideas, inverting these would take months over months to years... Even only a few would be much,
cuz Scripting ain't easy.

It could give some problems to switch back from Duty to Singleplayer Characters, ya know? That would'nt be such a great idea with the switch-menu.
I wouldnt recommended this cuz there wouldnt be so many opportunities to switch between the many Officers, Sheriffs, Detectives and so on.
