Don't get snarky. This mod will be done when it is done. There is a bunch of really extensive testing going on. GTAIV wasn't stable, and added with ELSIV, it didn't make things any better. Caine and his testing team are making sure that we will get ELSV at the best it can possibly be. Meaning that the harder they work, the more stable and enjoyable the mod will be.
That's why they don't set up release dates. We just don't know when it will be released. There's no point in setting a release date and getting people hopes up just to push it back every time. I'm astounded at the lack of patience and appreciation for these guys that are putting into these mods. People are getting pissed off because they don't have a mod right this second. Learn some patience. Rome wasn't built in a day...or should I say ELS.

I would love to see more calls like this. Actual police work. Not every call is a code 3 balls to the wall call.

I image you could work these into general police call-outs aswell, a pack named "Routine Call-outs"
The types of calls could be along the lines of:
Trespassing Vagrancy Breaking & Entering (Large Industrial areas) Shoplifting

Don't worry, it's coming.

No modification based on Scripthook V or RPH can provide true multiplayer compatibility. Even if RPH allowed scripts to run online, it wouldn't improve the situation much, really.
Only a project like FiveM can provide true synchronized online play. Right now we are keeping a keen eye on FiveM to see when it gets to a state in which we could consider an online version. FiveM and GTA-MP are about a year away from being anywhere near complete enough to even consider.

What do you guys think I'm waiting on?  DAT API! :D  Callouts will be coming... 

It will work just like the LCPDFR API. I hope to get it out soon.

I hate the damn marketers on this one honestly.  If Shark Cards wasn't a thing - it wouldn't be such a huge issue, its a "old" game, even though new on PC - this thing would be already flaming out if it wasn't for the modders.  How long do they think they can force feed 14 year olds gold plated Jets online before they move onto another major title?  Honestly because, thats what we need to happen.  I haven't been online in a long time with GTA V, can't bring myself to grind.

So I was on twitter, Their twitter layout had changed to the typical "please stand by" from fallout 3 along with the ESRB rating of RP (Rating Pending). I also saw a post from Bethesda Softworks (Elderscrolls, Fallout ECT...)

You all know I've been modding the hell out of single player getting my feet wet for stuff I want to make.  I'm not banned.  Now - I'm not saying that you guys are liars... but some of you are... liars...
From my past experiences in terms of how a company deals with cheaters, they often watch for a weeks time, and they often don't ban you right away for your offense, but give a delayed ban - which results in making it "hard" for cheaters to flag what was caught them in the first place.  Its just the normal cat - and - mouse game for those users that wish to tarnish someone elses online experience.  
At this standing point - I understand entirely why Rockstar is taking this stance.  They are STILL making money selling Shark Cards.  They are still turning a profit.  They have to protect legit players, and encourage the use of IRL money purchase for in game content for those that don't have time, or don't care about money...  While I don't support this sales model, I understand it from a business standpoint.  Once the games become older, and the income from the Shark Card dies down, so will the aggressiveness from the company itself in terms of stopping trolls that download "online mods".
 
Until then - stop trying to ruin other players experiences in a online environment... and don't lie if you've been banned and you KNOW "Well, that one time... I did put on god mode, teleport, and even drop money all over the place...".
For those that have been banned using things such as a FOV mod - EvilJack gave a fine example of a player that is not abusive to the game, but wanted to make a change...  Remember when you submit your Ticket, Rockstar has heard it all before.

I'm a big fan of the 8350 for the price honestly.  I'm playing GTA IV with Cry3ENB and HD textures and still getting around 50's while recording.  GTA V runs fine on high - I haven't pushed for Ultra yet, I suspect I may have to over-clock a bit.
Just be advised... that watercooling is a must (I saw one on the list, make sure it stays if you think about cutting corners, thats not one to cut!).  If you have a GPU that can push that CPU the heat temps get high compared to what Intel / Nvidia often run at.  I'm always the baller on budget when it comes to builds... but I often run a lot of applications for coding and things of that nature, so take that into account with what the Ninja pointed out also.  AMD also does require more power (the GPU really, since its not listed) so make sure you've got enough juice and are not 'boarder' lining it with the upgrades.  I'm a big AMD guy - but I am by no means brand loyal.  I'll be the first to say Intel + Nvidia really do make better gaming hardware, that costs more.
