Awesome to see LSPDFR feature development and GTAV Enhanced compatibility, really excited to see what's coming!

You might want to make a hotfix. So many people can't get into the game. LSPDFR either crashes on startup, or for others, RPH doesn't connect to the game rendering the entire mod worthless.

Maybe even another application for the callout; If someone escapes in a pursuit, perhaps if they're identified an arrest warrant could be triggered for them and the player could later go in a callout to arrest them at their address.

If it came to PC I'd be hyped for it simply for mods, otherwise I'm looking forward to it but not massively.

Hi my name is iain, i'm from the uk. Very new to PC gaming, however it was LSPDFR that spurred me on to buy one so here i am. I apologize in advance if in the future i ask what may seem a stupid question or perhaps a question that has been asked multiple times before.  Hope to get to know more of my fellow players along the way. Take good care all and once again thank you for allowing me to be apart of the community.  Best wishes Iain

Yeah lol, I got banned from his Discord server for suggesting that the mods should only show a warning ("not tested on this version of LSPDFR") instead of completely disabling themselves for minor LSPDFR version updates. Makes no sense at all, and is very hostile to users.

I, for one, accept and embrace friendly fire. You never know when one of your so-called "pals" is going to step out of line, and corrective measures must be taken.

I appreciate that you guys are putting so much effort into developing this mod, the mod loader and RDRFR. Although I don't have the time to try them out right now (summer cannot come fast enough!), it's still nice to see new features and fixes from you guys.

When did you conduct a survey on how many people like the feature? Genuinely curious where you're getting that info. Also, the addition of apartments does not impact your FPS or cause random crashes. Not sure why you'd even think that. You do realize GTA Online has all of this stuff and runs exactly the same as singleplayer, right?

Tons and tons of people wanting more roleplay style plugins would strongly disagree. Have you seen Computer+? It's literally paperwork simulator.

There's a setting for it, be sure to check the Wiki as we do we keep it updated with every release: https://www.lcpdfr.com/wiki/lspdfr/04/features/settings/

I suppose we could add this, one of the cool things about our work on 0.4 is that things like this can be shared between NPCs and the player quite easily, like the taking hold of suspects for example.  We wanted to see how it'd work first, but if people like it then we can definitely try it with NPCs too.  Same goes for the holstering animations and such.

I'm not sure what you mean, as other than writing reports it sounds like all of this is already in LSPDFR.  You can arrest someone, set them on the ground and call for a prisoner transport unit.  The transport unit will arrive and take hold of them and lead them away.  I don't think you should need to use any other plugins to detain people in your car.

It's an exciting time for all of us here at LCPDFR.com with the debut of Red Dead Redemption II on PC just a week away.

When the first RDR game came out on Xbox 360 and PS3, we were inundated with requests to develop a police mod for it, which unfortunately was never to be.  Now though, with RDR on PC finally just around the corner, we're really excited for the possibility of doing so.

So, it's in that spirit that today we announce the launch of a whole new website, Mod-RDR.com, dedicated solely to all things RDR.   We've been working on Mod-RDR ever since the news that RDR was coming to PC broke, and will be hosting all of our RDR specific modding content there.

We hope to see you on www.mod-rdr.com, which you can log into with your LCPDFR.com account, as we prepare for our next adventure into the Wild West.

    Sam.

It's been a while since our last major update, and as you might've guessed from the title, there's a good reason for this... It has taken us a lot of work to get to this point but we can finally proudly announce our latest project: Lenny's Mod Loader.

    Modding. Reinvented.
Most people on this forums will have had their fair share of issues when it comes to installing mods, be it that you replaced the file in the wrong place, forgot to reinstall mods after an update or just found yourself in a situation without any installation instructions at all. We aim to make this a thing of the past and focus on what modding should be: fun! With Lenny's Mod Loader you can replace files and load new mods with just a few clicks - without ever touching an RPF. Many mods, such as addon vehicles, can even be loaded directly from the website into your running game, allowing you to quickly test our new vehicles in a matter of seconds.

    Release Information
Lenny's Mod Loader will be released later this year as a beta test. We are currently looking at a public release around December, but might release a little earlier if testing goes well. Being a completely new project, we would like to get in as much test coverage as possible to ensure a smooth public release. This is why we will make LML available as early access software for our Community Insiders.

    Future Development
We are only at the beginning of our journey and there are still many things that we would like to add to Lenny's Mod Loader. Ultimately we hope to provide you with a fully-fledged user interface to easily manage your mods, all integrated into our website to make sharing and discovering new mods as easy as possible. We hope you will join and support us on our way and are looking forward to your suggestions on how we can make modding more fun for everyone!

I notice that units (including called for backup) despawn quickly when contact is lost, even if they are close to the location or had just spawned in (depending on how that works) close to the suspect. It makes the search somewhat difficult, even with a helicopter (which don't seem to despawn, thankfully).

Actually most of those issues are only on your end. For example, the flashlight works perfectly on mine, only bugs out on running since its a tricky NPC animation, 3) never happened, neither did 5, I do receive callouts and police officers never attacked me. You sure you have your LSPDFR well installed? That seems to be a 0.3 to 0.4 overlap...

Will LSPDFR sync related features be added to the API at some point in the future? It would be cool for callouts/plugins to be able to add their own stats and activities to the activity feed. E.g. "Bob Vance just freed 5 hostages at the Pacific Standard Bank", "EMS just saved 2 people on Vespucci Boulevard... sadly, 3 people did not make it", etc.

Yea I tried to join, but the application process and everything is just too complicated. I get wanting to have legit RP people however it is still just a game.

Hopefully not as classist and Elite as DOJRP. the LSPDFR/LCPDFR has always been way more welcoming to new members. Super excited to see what's next.
