OK so we had some amazing snowstorms this last couple days. I was lucky and got about two inches but I know a lot were way worse.

How much did you get? Anybody take any crazy snow pics?

no but serious, here in belgium we never see snow nor sun, only rain and clouds :/

We had about 5 cm just after christmas (which melted the next day) and then about 2 cm last week (which melted the same day).

 

Then again, we had no snow last winter, so this is already an improvement I suppose.

Excited? I've heard that New York is going to go through one of the worse snow tempest the city has undergone so far, aren't you anxious about how it could go? The news here say that weather control is expecting between 4 and 8 inches per hour.

Same, in Virginia we've only gotten some light raid, had a bit of "hail" earlier this morning but it stopped.

Not much, really, but at least we got it this year. it keeps melting right away though. And next day it's suddenly below zero - and welcome to the Icy Hell. The results you can see on this video. This year is the same as the last one.

In MA, school canceled 100% tomorrow, gonna get 2+ feet.

We got about 2 inches a few days ago. We're supposed to get 7 inches by tonight, and 9-13 inches on Tuesday. Fun fun fun.

Goddamn slush is what I got. For one hour. It sucked.

3-4 feet of snow.

So far, it snowed 3 times in the north of Germany. It melted at the same day. The last winters didn't bring a lot snow with them. When I was around 5, you barely could walk because it's so deep.

Hard to tell, it seems to go back and forth between laying and melting here. Been walking around in it all day though 

Wow I dont think I could deal with all that. In Ohio if we get an inch we panic and buy out stores of their shovels and food :/

But I live by Dayton in the valley so most of the heavy stuff passes by us!!

We really don't get too worried about it. New York has seem some pretty bad snow, and even a hurricane a couple years ago that knocked out power for a week or so in some areas. Now, Buffalo, NY...those guys really know snow...
