Probably when GTA 5 is moddable. So, maybe 5-7 months after its pc release if LMS's blog is correct about the new engine with basic Scripthook changes.

On topic: Not saying this as a developer or member of management, but a LCPDFR 1.1 will probably not be released considering GTA V PC is right around the corner. 

dude we don't need a 1.1 its good the way it is the only thing that we need are more callouts which we have few people doing that

You know that you can walk back to your vehicle and open the computer to get their name right? It'll show on the "last ID checked", it should have their name. Bay Area Bugs taught me that in one of his videos.

Using LCPDFR 1.0c I rarely crash at all, and I find it surprising that so many people do crash that often as you claim. LCPDFR 1.0c is stable within acceptable parameters if you follow the instructions. LCPDFR is not supported with any third-party mods (I do not use any high-poly cars, peds, weapons etc or graphic mods). I use the vanilla game with a few mods by Olanov and Custo, and I can play for several hours. 

 

Besides, if you're not happy with the mod, you do not need to use it. It's a free mod and anyone is free to use it, or not use it.

I gave up of using GTA IV with good looking cars or enb... even with a good pc specs, it will crash in less than a hour... but playing with standard police cars are so boring and ugly...

I hope GTA V have a better memory management and allows for higher poly textures...

Is there any point developing it further when V's release is imminent? I can see a bug-fix patch perhaps, but I think most modders will migrate to V when it comes out.
