    You need to change the setting "drive by weapon" or something along those lines.  It's near the top of the ped spawning list

    My guess is that it is one of your car mods.  Try removing them and see what happens.

    You received the error: Invalid call to an object that doesn't exist anymore, to fix this turn on Preload All Models in the LCPDFR.ini Mine is set to False but yours should be True
