Too many duplicate materials Improper materials too many unused or just too many materials in general Too many Misc_## dummies Too much "junk" in the hierachy File Size and much more.
Also, with no disrespect to the "modder" but if he MODDED the vehicle for the community, why is he saying it is too large? Shouldn't he mod the vehicle better/redo it so it is a smaller size?

Import another lightbar and use it as an example. Also, I recommend importing one with a TA already setup and then attach your extra9 to the other lightbars and then delete the extra9 you do not need.

regarding the tire, the material has been corrupted/messed up and you need to either export all your stuff onto a new model or reimport the wheel.
