just a couple of suggestions, if you want someone to put time and effort into this i would hope you would put some more effort into expressing clearly what you would like. you only posted one picture and its really not that great looking. if its your home town department i suggest you do some leg work snap some pics because so far all i can see is the door and an idea of what the front fender looks like. images of the back would help out or even the rear panels just to get a picture of what all the decals look like. i only make textures, not models, but like i said if you arent going to put forth the effort in your request your going to get the same effort back. I can do the skin but i shoot for accuracy. if you post more images i will do this since iv already done some like it before. as for the model ill find a vehicle that looks similar to your image and just give you a link at the end.
