When it is available.

Do you ever sit there making a sandwhich and have someone ask when you'll have it finished? Easy to say it will be done in about 2 minutes. Now how about I ask you about a sandwhich you haven't even finished that you might make in a week. How do you know when you're going to feel like making a sandwhich and when?

Stuff will be released when it is done. There are never ETAs on stuff that is created. It takes time and it will be released when it is done. Bugs, testing, fixing, tweaking, and all of that takes time.

Bookmark the mod and check it. When you see an update. Then you know when it is out.

Yall are disappointed with one of the best breakthroughs in GTA lighting options ever to be created. By a guy who does it for free in his spare time. All because you can't do everything with it.

Siren mastery will solve your problem. Being disappointed with ELS for that would be like being disappointed in LSPDFR because it doesn't just auto include all the other script mods you have to add to it to be fun.

It isn't even worth a discussion. I laugh at the people trying to make clans and stuff for that game that is no where near being anything. Its just hopes and dreams right now. If it succeeds yay. If it doesn't who cares.

This is what I've done with RDE and ELS vehicles. I got it working flawlessly. Big thanks to RDE for making it easy to mod and filling in the blanks with lore friendly stuff.

I use that gameconfig. That is the one that fixed RDE crashing. Though I'm having a crashing problem related to pursuits. I hope with the new release of RDE things will turn around. Just have to wait a couple days. In the meantime I'm working on completely cleaning out GTA V and starting fresh. That way I can be ready for the new RDE version.

Awesome, anytime you see someone having a problem. Recommend they update the gameconfig.xml. It is usually why the crap won't work. That and disable anti virus software. My AVG free will cause GTA V to crash.

I run RDE, LSPDFR, the latest scripts. No issues with that. Most of the issues are caused by a bad gameconfig.xml or some file with dlc in it. You can google gameconfig.xml or crashing and find one that is up to date for the latest patch. Seems to have solved my problems i was having before.

Is the one i found today and used when Captain14s cars were causing an instant out of memory crash on startup. This gameconfig.xml fixed it. I don't need it on my RDE mod install as they supplied their own with it.

Your post is all subject to individual opinion and you may not get anything you're looking for. I use RDE 3.0 with LSPDFR and all the popular scripts. I found Captain14s pack and have it installed in another mod directory. In my opinion RDE is above ELS and Captain14 because of the ease of a complete overhaul openIV install package. I get uniforms and a ton of vehicles that look great. Captain14s  cars don't all have great lighting so until they are ELS compatible it doesn't peak my interest. ELS and current ELS vehicles require the hassle of manually adding them instead of a simple openIV package installer. Now if I wasn't so lazy that wouldn't be a problem. Yes I know how to do it manually. No i don't want to. Especially when jackwagon devs release products out and their readme is 'watch a video' 'you should know how'. FFS just give us the install directory. Not all of us have been messing with it or keeping it up to date.

Yes you can change out RDE vehicles with ELS ones and look on the recent released stuff to find what you're looking for. ELS is new. Cars are new. There is only one LAPD pack that i saw. 

AVG Free and use Malwarebytes. I've never had a machine infected while running these products. I also back it up with a version of chrome called Comodo Dragon with a few addons such as Last Pass, Adblock Plus, and Trafficlight. 

 

LCPDFR and LSPDFR are the only police games out there that allow you to play in a realistic manner if you please. GTA V brought stability and that was amazing. To get a set of mods to work on GTA IV required a priest and a gallon of holy water. 

Police 10-13 is the only thing in the near future that may even come close to a police sim. I'm still doubting if they can actually accomplish what they say they will.

The default backup.xml file may work if you add in the parameters for what the officers should carry. Though if that doesn't work you'll need to use the custom backup script. You can find it. Works similar to the backup.xml file but offers more custom options.
 

I don't think I have ever known anyone who wants more accidents in libery city. I cry on some shifts because of all the fender benders between citizens. Its....so....emotional.

I just recently installed it and it works perfectly. In ragehook options i had it load automatically along side LSPDFR. This is a must have. You can STOP ALL TRAFFIC. Remember crazy AI? Ha...now you can stop all cars dead in its tracks within a certain radius. Only thing I can suggest is check and recheck. Then try to let ragehook launch it at startup.

GTA IV is an unstable game by default. LCPDFR is very stable by default. For me to make it enjoyable I must add a lot of mods. These are vehicles with ELS, new weapon models with updated sounds, uniforms, and much more. I personally got my mod packs from a community that I'm part of. They tested things thoroughly before releasing them. This means all the mods I have are stable with one another.

What makes my game unstable is callouts. I hate callouts anyway and could spend hours on traffic. My game crashing is very rare. I usually stop playing before it crashes and I guess I'm lucky. I didn't always have it this easy but the clan packs made it better. Also ENBs do not like my machine. It doesn't matter what they are.

LCPDFR is the best police game out there for what it offers. I still do not play GTA V much yet because it is just not up to par.
