It looks like the paramedics are more dangerous than the criminals ^^

I was patrolling in the Southern Algonquin for my first time out today when I came across a car making a left turn into an alleyway.

I immediately turned on the sirens, followed his car, then asked for him to pull over. I followed him for about a half-a-block down the street until he finally stopped.

When I asked him to step out of the car, I attempted to detain him at least 10 times before I could get him to stand straight [EDIT: because he was drunk]. My taser wasn't working, so I had to wait for him to fall down or for him to stand next to an object before being able to sustain the arrest window for a sufficient amount of time. 

 

Once I detained him in my car, I drove to the nearest station and ordered him to step out.

Quite quickly, he got out (from the rear driver's-side door) and hopped in my cruiser.   

I had to unfortunately shoot him before he could get too far. 

 

And that sums up the second day for me in LCPDFR 1.0.

I was in the police station and all the cops just started shooting at me so I killed ALL of them

Shots fired call, Upon my arrival on scene 3 white males, open fire on me, Fearing for my safty and the safty of by standers, i begon returning fire, AS i radio in back-up, 2 suspects were down, leaving the third one unaccounted for, so we began our search by the projects, after 1 minute of searching the third suspect stole a car, and lead us on an pursuit through broker dukes, into liberty city, where he finally TC'ed with another car, And then we go on to a foot chase, suspect then burns a corner to hide, I then find hidding by dumpsters, he then decides to gives chase again, where he then was struck my a speeding taxi cab trying to cross a busy intersection. lol

First patrol of the day and I see a bus hit a pedestrian and flee the scene. ANPR notifies me it was indeed the bus after my doubts it was the bus. I attempt to pull the bus over and it flees, causing a pursuit to be engaged. After about two minutes it tries to get around traffic and goes on a sidewalk killing about four people. Followed the bus for a good five minutes before it struck a barrier. The bus was blocked in by five police cruisers and we all got out and opened fire on the driver. Driver didn't make it.

Had to share this one once I saw this topic.

Just started a patrol in Leftwood when this Rancher shot past me (bear in mind I'm running 100% vanilla here) and I called in a pursuit in the Patrol, the slowest cop car known to man. So I had 20 cop cars (okay, I did modify THAT bit of the ini) after this one guy in a truck. Eventually we caught up to him but he got away onto the Skyway. Led us back down to Hove Beach and eventually got boxed in there.

By this time one of the cop cars was on fire and I figured it was gonna blow up so I backed away then figured you know what, this is gonna be interesting.

Suffice to say, 20 cop cars, about 5 or 6 civilian cars, 2 ambulances and several Russian gangsters got caught up in one large fireworks display. Ah, the smell of exploding stuff in the morning.

For reference, the guy in the Rancher pretty much went around the city clockwise from Leftwood all the way to Hove Beach before finally being stopped. Or rather, exploded.

I was patroling in Star Junction and I joined a pursuit and then WAIT FOR IT! I crashed

Yesterday, I installed 1.0 and went to play little while. I went on duty, grab a car and started to patrol on the streets. My first call was a mugging by the subway where the .95rc2 shootout was. I responded code 3 to the scene and I happen to saw the guy with the red blip. Parked my car near him as I was getting out of the car. He comes around with a knife started to stab me few times and ran away. I happen to not die from it and sitting here what keys are backup, paramedic or anything. Few minutes later, i found the medic. So they came patch me up and went away. As far the mugger, he got away clean. I was limping like a mother f*** lol hardcore ftw!!! Shortly after that I crashed. 

hold on guys, i got three really cool stories for you. It really blows my mind what 1.0 has become...so here goes.I was playing last night and i pulled over this red tahoe that was acting strange. There were two guys in the tahoe so when i got out of my patrol car i approached the driver side and my partner approached the passenger side with his gun out, So i ran a background check on the two people in the vehicle while my partner was still at the passenger side, so both of the guys had warrants. So as i got out of my car the tahoe took off and turned into a pursuit. They were driving so fast that neither we or the units could catch them. And that's when i told myself i need a faster car, so now i'm gonna do my charger after i finish the explorer. It was awesome....ok now the next story.....I was riding down the road at night patroling when my anpr alerted me to a car used in a robbery so i quickly made a u turn to follow the car that i thought was the vehicle but it was gone. It was also really dark so i used my spotlight to search around but came up empty so i made another u turn and continued my patrol. Then i get alerted about the same car again so i came to a full stop and backed up. I used my spotlight again and saw a parked car so i pulled up behind it and ran a check and it was the car so then i got out and had my K9 do a search on the car but turned up nothing. So i then popped the trunk and it was a bunch of stolen credit cards. so then i updated it through dispatch about the vehicle, after that i had the car towed. This game is great...lol... now the last story........Me and my partner are riding down the road and we see a chase going on so we joined in on the pursuit. I ordered my partner to go after the guy so he jumps out of the car and runs on foot while i drive. the next thing you know the guys bust out a window to a car and jumps in i try to cut him off but he was too quick. i then order my partner back into the car and the pursuit starts. so as we're chasing the guy i see the sheriff's have the roads blocked off and we're still going. I called in backup and all of a sudden my car shuts off and i'm like what the hell. And then i remembered i have the fuel script in and i forgot to fill up before going on patrol and ran out of gas. I was like unbelievable. So me and my partner were stuck in the middle of the road in the middle of a pursuit with a dead car. So they got away and i had my car towed and requested for another one.

I've got a couple, but here's one: I responded to a shots fired call and usually nothing happens so I pulled up in the alleyway where it was, checked around a little, and then I see a DOZEN of chinese guys who instantly pull up their uzi's and starts blasting 50 rounds in my face. In panic, I accidentally spammed alt+b and alt+n, so, like 40+ cop cruisers and about 15 noose trucks show up and the guys who shot at me were dead after about 10 seconds.

I was on a regular patrol when suddenly a four door sedan went flying past me, immediately two AI police cars went flying by me and I quickly joined in the pursuit. The suspects then went straight down a road and both pursuing officers went left and right (with their patrol vehicles) I continued along straight following the suspect and where the roads came back in together we were able to trap them in and after a brief stand off, took the two suspects into custody

You know those fluke things that you can't ever reproduce? Here's one of my most stylish ones.

Just had this happen to me. Chasing a car along the elevated road with the construction cones at the side of the road (hadn't called in the pursuit at all as I didn't want to). Swerved to avoid a traffic car. Went off the side of the elevated road and thought oh crap this is gonna be bad... I wound up pulling a flat 360 spin owing to the angle I slid off at and my turning the wheel and landed in front of a second pursuit and stopped that pursuit dead in its tracks. AI got the guy and I had 20 cops staring at me like 'who the hell is this guy and where'd he suddenly come from?!'

I'm considering giving myself a style bonus for that one. I'm not gonna be able to repeat that if I tried. So I won't

Also, airport chase, suspect decided to drive around and decided to go play chicken with a 747 taxing at I'm gonna guess 20-30 knots. Yeah, the Coquette lost that fightand I had an easy bust. Getting out was a problem though.

I had my lights on, so I didn't take damage. Though he certainly did lol. I definitely had a good laugh about it.

Had a report of shots fired, me and my partner headed in to the scene, had a message from control saying another unit was also responding.

 

So we get there, and there is a lone police car sitting there with its lights still flashing but no sign of it's Officers, we jump out and cautiously advance into the alley way.

You guessed it, about 8 gangsters wielding SMGs open up at us, I jump over the hood of my car and get the hell down while radioing for NOOSE support.

 

Eventually the guys shooting at us start going down because something is hitting them from behind, once the two of us start shooting (they were spraying us the whole time we were waiting for backup) the last of them go down as the NOOSE team storms the area, we walk up to them and exchange high fives before going back to patrol!

 

 

 

And there was the time I had to chase a suspect on a motorcycle, jesus christ that was a struggle just keeping in the search circle, several police cruisers and a helicopter were struggling to keep up with this guy, must of lost sight of him 2 or 3 times before he finally took a wrong turn and boxed himself in.

 

He wasn't an idiot though, as soon as he was trapped he threw his hands into the air, instead of pulling out a pistol and getting gunned down.

Mine was yesterday  a vehicle runs a red light intersection  and I u turn and began a stop.  Two occupants in the car  a female driving & a male in passenger seat.  You could hear the male arguing at the female as I got out of my cruiser.  I approach the drivers side  and she immediately takes off.  I jump back in cruiser  & began a chase  1 block up the road  The male passenger pushes the female out of the car ( in motion)  jumps in the drivers seat & floor's it.  backup units stop to detain the female  and I chase down the male and pin him in on a bridge.

 

my game then crashed but I thought it was hillarious dude just pushed her out of the car in mid chase.

I was patrolling, when the ANPR said there was a Cavlacade that was involved in a "Hit and Run" so i stopped him. Inside there was three black males, and a Caucasian woman, the weird thing it was three black males in Hove Beach, the Russian territory, and when i checked the license on the computer, the driver had a warrant for arrest, but when i logged out, i saw all men had got out, and used AK's and UZI's against Russians. The female, was running away, so i reported it to dispatch, and 2 minutes later, there was a full-scale shootout. I decided to run after the woman, who had got struck by a taxi, and she was lying dead. I called for a ambulance, but i heard an explosion. A Police car had exploded, leaving 4 officers dead. I quickly called to dispatch, but i got no response. I tried to call for a helicopter and NOOSE, but still no response. i was screwed. Then, from nowhere, came the NOOSE team, and saved me. When i was walking away, When the ambulances had driven away, i got hit by a taxi, and got fucked. I woke up at Schottler Medical Centre, and i got a report of a mugging, so i ran towards the place, and i had no idea he was armed with an AK. Fucked again. Then i gave up.

Officer Vic, you got the worst luck ever buddy. I feel for you lol.

My most memorable situation was not from any chase but in fact a road traffic collision.

I was travelling along the coast highway towards the airport, when I noticed a large tailback of traffic, the lights were green and cars were flowing through in the right hand lane, but not the left.

On went the blue's and two's, I ordered traffic in the immediate area to stop and positioned my car in front of the issue at hand.

A smashed up car? Nope

A run over pedestrian? Nope

What on earth was causing the traffic?

This was...

These damn sideways floating motorcyclists!!! Becoming a serious issue that we've had to report it to the local precinct to run checks on all bikers.

(We haven't, it's happened once, probably a glitch. But was funny)

I was pretty impressed when I saw one of the random events where someone gets carjacked and when I caught up to him it triggered the ANPR as stolen.
