Okay, doing some more troubleshooting it gets even more strange. I am able to launch the game through steam, load all the way into the game, then afterwards launch RPH and have it hook the game instance perfectly. I was even able to go on duty and everything. So there seems to be an issue with RPH loading the game itself vs having the game already being loaded and it just hooking the game instance.
 
Still would like some help solving this, though.

I do have that but when I turned off that other option it fixed it instantly. Thanks for the help :D

Welcome to the community!! First of all, albo1125's files are AMAZING and completely change your experience with LSPDFR. It's stunning. However, he should be releasing an update this week that will allow all of his mods to work with the new version of RPH. It is definitely worth the wait, in my opinion. But don't be afraid to give some of the other content creators a shot on here too. There are multiple other creators that make things just like albo1125 that could even be working right now, just have to give them a shot.
 
In regards to people like FirstThirtyMinutes who are still playing with GTA V v877 and RPH v47, all he did was create a backup of that version of GTA V through RPH (which is incredibly easy to do, just click a few buttons) and then prevented his files from updating automatically through Steam. If you look around a little bit you should be able to find guides on how to do both of those things, creating a backup through RPH and preventing Steam from automatically updating your files that way you don't lose those sweet sweet mods.

Your albo1125.common file is incompatible with the newest GTA V and RPH update. You will have to wait until he releases an update before it will work again. Also, you have to put the Police Radio files inside of the LSPDFR folder in the screenshot. Should be GTA V > Plugins > LSPDFR and then place there.

I have gotten past the loading screen on .49 but i haven't tried using LSPDFR becuse i've been waiting for albo to updates his mods.

They said somewhere that the best way to get help with the plugin is their Discord server because they aren't on the forums that much. I have gone in there myself and they know what they are doing, I think it would be worth a shot. Rockstar for sure didn't block it though because I just got through playing for an hour or two session. There has to be another underlying reason for it.

You can try running the game as administrator as well as going into your windows firewall and adding the GTA V folder as a malware exclusion. Do this for any other anti-virus software you have as well.

This may or I'm sure asked numerous times but my issue is with adding some mods. For ex. albo1125 mods. Most of his top mods such as arrest manager and traffic policer. LSPDFR loads up fine I can go on duty and some of the mods I have loaded like the Police radio, crazycallouts, and police cars load fine and work. But I get a message every time about albo1125 mods saying they could not load due to them not being updated to the latest RPH.

Then a message after about albo1125 who will eventually update them to work with the latest version of RPH
 
Should I download a previous version of RPH? IS there a patch for me to use his mods on the latest RPH? I would really like to play with his mods as they seem great. Or maybe I have to wait for an update from Albo?? IF so though how in the world is firstthirtyminutes still playing with his mods with his latest LSPDFR vids? Thanks for your time

Also just know that the mod won't work until Albo releases an update which should be sometime in the next couple of days.

Typically from my experience crashing while loading story mode with RPH indicates an issue with the update.rpf file. I would recommend taking your update.rpf file out of the GTA V folder and putting it somewhere like on your desktop and then going through steam to verify local files that way you can get a clean version of the update.rpf and try running the game that way. If it loads up perfectly fine with a fresh update.rpf file then that's going to be what the problem is. Most of the time it's a vehicle modification that's the culprit so you can try downloading this file when you put in your old update.rpf and see if that works. 

They currently aren't working due to the outdated albo1125.common file. Albo has posted on twitter that the file should be ready in the next day or two and all of his mods will be functional again.

The post is a little confusing to me. Did RPH crash on just the loading story mode?

Also, I have to agree, actually locking somebody up is not really needed since you are in that cell for about ten seconds and then leave immediately afterward. Unless you're like me and you talk mad crap to them after a cross map pursuit and shootout haha

Already in Arrest Manager.
Why does it matter? And how often are you even in there.

That's honestly the best thing to do right now. It's been absolute madness trying to figure out which mods aren't working right and crashing my game. I wish I would have just not updated and kept v47 because that was butter smooth for me.
