My issue is that it takes 5 minutes to reply, and the new ads pop up in the middle of videos and bring it back to the beginning 5 minutes in. One time I had it happen 6 times in a 10 minute video

None, but you could change the Heli Pilot to noose and replace the noose helmet with the Heli Pilot one in the Pedprops files. That is the only thing I can think of.

The issue is because of R* and the lack of animation editing. But if you really want to blame a modder blame metalwars (though he did the best he could) and not abraxas.

I'm using that charger in game now, but I want it to have a pushbar added to it to match his other generic LCPD cars.

Would you be willing to edit the Texas DPS 2012 charger and add a pushbar onto it like your cvpi/charger pack?

In the ELS.ini file, there is a setting for flashspeed_sp that can be changed. For the halogen lights, the only possible option I know of is to have two non-els white lights there instead of the takedowns, but this would remove the option for a takedown light setup.

Are there any updates to this project?
