I can agree with this. They perma-banned me because I pointed out that Durbin stole Yakadafi's (now EVI) unlocked cvpi and provided proof.

He transferred his old mods to his ownership, then took them down. I'm questioning if he still wants us to upload his old stuff.

His department is more liberal with firearms policy, as long as it's a 9, .40 or a .45, you can carry your own gun if it meets certain standards. G36C's are issued as patrol rifles to certain officers, but officers can purchase and use their personally owned AR-15s, so it is more likely that the guns are personally owned. IIRC, for a while, the LAPD SWAT Team used confiscated M1911s that were later modified until they scrounged enough money for new Kimbers.

I know a higher up with a nearby police department. I was talking with him about it not too long ago, and he said that usually guns that are confiscated would be destroyed, but occasionally if they can prove practical use for it, they can keep stuff and issue it to officers. He said that the department has gotten a few AR-15s that way.

That caprice will definitely stay in my game once it's released.

So to play as a criminal in a sandbox criminal game, you want to know if a police mod will give you the option of playing as a criminal?

The sad thing is that a lot of cops in the US believe they can demand ID from someone, and many people who understand the Constitution are often mistreated for understanding their right. If Liberty City were based in Singapore, then that would be reasonable. But Liberty City is based in America, so I would rather have the mods stick with cops being unable to violate the Constitution. Edit: Wow, I though for the last day this was a suggestion for some reason.

Looks like a Code 3 Excalibur, Lt. Caine on GPM has a toronto themed cvpi with this lightbar, but slightly more lights.

It was already pointed out that that skin wouldn't work on Tim98's cvpis. Because this is not our work, we can't release it and the only way to fix it is to edit it yourself with an image editing program like Photoshop. It is a simple edit, and involves moving certain parts of the texture/graphics, with no extra work whatsoever.

My only suggestion is to remove the pushbar, I haven't seen any cars with an older lightbar like that and a wraparound bar.
