This suggested hijacking planes and bombings, pinning the blame on Cuban Terrorist to get the American people supporting a war with Cuba. Americans have already given up some of their constitutional rights. While we are allowed to have semi-auto guns with class 3 permit holders and FFL allowed to have automatics, it is still technically unconstitutional for laws that restrict arms of any sort to be made. Some laws here are far worse than that. Just look at HR 347. This bill makes it punishable by felony trespassing to protest someone at an event of "national significance" (terms are so lose, it can be construed to mean any political rally). Basically, the first amendment can get you locked up if you exercise it at the wrong place or the wrong time, even if you are correct about it.
