So to play as a criminal in a sandbox criminal game, you want to know if a police mod will give you the option of playing as a criminal?

The sad thing is that a lot of cops in the US believe they can demand ID from someone, and many people who understand the Constitution are often mistreated for understanding their right. If Liberty City were based in Singapore, then that would be reasonable. But Liberty City is based in America, so I would rather have the mods stick with cops being unable to violate the Constitution. Edit: Wow, I though for the last day this was a suggestion for some reason.

It was already pointed out that that skin wouldn't work on Tim98's cvpis. Because this is not our work, we can't release it and the only way to fix it is to edit it yourself with an image editing program like Photoshop. It is a simple edit, and involves moving certain parts of the texture/graphics, with no extra work whatsoever.

My only suggestion is to remove the pushbar, I haven't seen any cars with an older lightbar like that and a wraparound bar.

It sounds like the original modeler didn't detail it enough to include those types of damage. The only way to fix it is to use a new car.

It will replace an in game car, so it will spawn in the selection menu for LCPDFR, but you need to install the car using SparkIV or OpenIV before it will appear in game.

I hate to be "that guy," but the mods prefer people who upload frequently to keep their videos in one thread to reduce clutter. I enjoy your videos though and have been a long time subscriber, and I especially like the AST episodes.

He can't upload the car to the site because it is not he didn't make the car. If he's nice, he may upload it on a third party site like mediafire and send you a link to it.
