I can also confirm the registration plate format is 11AAA111, except for the player vehicles' vanity plates. AI traffic do not spawn with vanity plates.

From what I hear, a GTA5 ELS is in development. Caine et al. will probably program it to have similar features as GTA4ELS.

What was it the State Trooper in GTA 4 said? "Wanna know why so many people fall down the stairs..." something or other? Joke aside, looks great! Will the mp_m_freemode and mp_f_freemode character models be available at the police station, or will it still be just the usual? (I ask this because there is a police uniform for those two models)
