Don't Mess with Texas I guess
That's a tad overkill, even for a Texan. Yes, the law says you can shoot anyone trespassing on your property, but that's only after shouting a warning to leave. (Warning shots do not count.)

LAPD CVPI WIP
Looks great! The mirror could use a bit of a tweak, though; OnStar FMV models have a band at the top with the backlight and volume controls, plus the various indicator lights.

Discharged
From the album: Gaz's General GTA5 Shenanigans
ROCKFORD HILLS -- Citizens in the Del Perro community are celebrating the discharge of Officer Mikhail Volkner from the Mount Zonah Medical Center. Volkner, known to the community as a local legend, was injured during a shootout following a pursuit of a grey Vapid Speedo. Volkner was discharged this morning at approximately noon. Fellow Del Perro PD officer Marek Watson drove Volkner home in his car. Citizens in Del Perro can expect him to be back on the streets within the week, despite it not being humanly possible to heal that fast. Neither Ofc. Volkner, nor Ofc. Watson were able to be reached for commentary on this slow news day. --- Yay canon -
Gallery Albums - Ability to add to albums post-submit?
Hello, I've a question: Is it currently possible to add images to albums post-submit? I've looked in the "edit details" dropdown, but there's no option in there - just the ability to edit caption, description, credits and copyright, and the image itself. If it isn't, would it be possible to implement such a feature?

"Sir, the speed limit's 40, not 65."
Early morning citation from Generic Cop #4. (Actual reason for stop: they hit me while I was writing a motorcyclist a citation for speeding.) Edit: Goddamnit, I did it again. I forgot to add it to my general shenanigans gallery.

Single-vehicle RTA
DEL PERRO FWY. -- A one-vehicle accident has left one man hospitalised. Police say 42-year-old Wallace Harper of Del Perro was driving his Pegassi Vacca down the Del Perro Freeway when he lost control of his vehicle and struck a crash barrier just past the Morningwood exit at approximately 4:15 this morning. Harper was ejected from his vehicle upon impact and slid approximately 250 feet down the road. He was taken to the Mount Zonah Medical Center in critical condition. Police are reviewing the vehicle's blackbox, but state that speeds were most likely a factor in the wreck. Officer Volkner of the Del Perro Police Department and State Trooper Oliver Carter state that charges will most likely be pending. "This is what happens when you start driving recklessly", Ofc. Vokner remarked in a statement released earlier today. "You may look at the news and say 'Oh, it'll never happen to me'. But we all want to be more than just a statistic. We all want to go home and see our wife and kids. Harper got lucky." The San Andreas Department of Transportation reminds drivers to always wear their seatbelts, even at short distances. --- I suck at staged photos. Just pretend this happened before Volkner was hospitalised; I have no sense of linearity. Edit: Bah, just realised I forgot to put this in my main GTA5 gallery.

Officer-Involved Shooting
From the album: Gaz's General GTA5 Shenanigans
DEL PERRO -- A shootout at the corner of N. Rockford Drive and Marathon Ave. has left three dead and two injured. Police say 23-year-old Manuel Vasquez, 26-year-old Eric Willis and 25-year-old Erin Chambers, all from Vespucci Beach, Los Santos, led police in a high-speed pursuit in a grey Vapid Speedo through downtown following a silent alarm at a convenience store. During the chase, the suspects opened fire on officers. The chase was shut down after their van collided with an oncoming Imponte Ruiner and spun out at the southeast corner of North Rockford Drive and Marathon Avenue. Vasquez, Willis and Chambers were all pronounced dead on the scene. Officer Mikhail Volkner was taken to the Mount Zonah Medical Center for gunshot wounds, and is expected to make a full recovery. The driver of the Imponte Ruiner, 31-year-old Alan Richards of Del Perro, refused treatment on the scene. Police have not made any statement as to whether this was a gang-related incident or not. LSPDFR in action, nothing staged. Mostly playing with depth of field. -

They say it gets easier...
From the album: Gaz's General GTA5 Shenanigans
"They say it gets easier... I don't want to find out if it really does." Messing around with SNT and LSPDFR. The cop in the background was spawned by LSPDFR during the pursuit of the red Annis Elegy; that same cop shot and killed the suspect. -
LSPDFR on consoles
That's not possible. This dude is an idiot. JOKES ASIDE: It wouldn't be able to be done reasonably well. With PC, you have everything you need right there, and what you don't have you can reasonably make. Consoles, you don't have access to the operating system without homebrew, you can't modify the game without the very real possibility of fucking something up big-time. At least with PC, you can reinstall everything. Console? Only the support centres have the discs, and they'd charge you an arm and a leg for repairing it.

Do you want to see badge themed display pictures back?
IIRC Cyan said that it was their intention to eventually bring it back. I personally don't care either way. EDIT: This is why you read the OP's name, folks! Yeah, it'd be nice, I prefer the first two over the third personally, though as stated in the stricken text, I personally care not whether they make a return - a userpic is a userpic is a userpic, after all. Edit 2: I just realized this was an announced thread. I really need to step up my situational awareness game...

So not only can you accidentally call in far too much backup, But it is glorious.
...Wait. They went around your cruiser without running you over?! what is this witchcraft
