What type of sobriety testing are we referring to - breathalyser, or "get out of the car, walk the shoulder line heel-to-toe"? If it's the former, Albo's got a breathalyser already that you'd be able to hook into the API of.

If you're talking about cars on the streets as ambient vehicles, you could set up a few patrol zones with LEJS. As for backup, I think you'd have to use an external mod to get RCMP around, say, City Hall instead of just making it a 50/50 chance of calling backup anywhere in the city to spawn an RCMP cruiser, unless you set the RCMP cruiser to the NOoSE slot.

LCPDFR and LSPDFR are for PC only. Modifying console versions is strongly against the Terms of Service for both Microsoft and Sony, and developer kits cost a lot of money; as such they DO NOT, and WILL NOT, support console versions. EVER.

Where'd you pull that number from? You can get a GTX 970 from EVGA backstock for round about a hundred less, or settle a bit lower with a 750 Ti for about $175. I've ran both. Also, for processor, you can nab an AMD FX-8350 and be at the recommended for the game for ~$180.

Not sure if the title will truncate, but would it be beneficial to add a knowledgebase for frequently-asked questions about GTA5 or LSPDFR (specicially the former)? I ask this because I've seen countless "My emergency lights are white" questions now and think it'd be a decent idea to put something regarding that in a knowledgebase.

You really shouldn't be trying to modify the console versions...

Most mods have a readme with them. 9 times out of 10 they'll say exactly where to install them.

I forget the specifics, but the emissive texture for LED flashers should be smaller and behind the "off" texture, if that makes any sense. Inside the lightbar of POLICE2, located in /x64e.rpf/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf. This is not a mod-vehicle.
