LSPDFR doesn't have private servers for in game "multiplayer features". So there will never be a multiplayer mode.

I was trying to explain why LSPDFR dev team isn't planning to add a multiplayer feature.

Multiplayer woukd be super hard to make, and you can always go on a fiveM server. 

 

0.4 should be so realistic we will feel like we are playing with other people.

I'm sure it's probably been mentioned, and don't know if you guys are already planning it... but could you look at adding a global interaction-type menu? (for modders to hook into)

 

What I mean by that is a single empty menu (thus single hotkey) that modders can hook their plugins into and create items and submenus inside that menu...

that way we don't need to remember 10 different hotkeys for all the different mods we have installed where half of them add their own menu for their mod with its own key.
Basically a central point of access for mod interaction.

You should definitely win today for this. Out of all the circa 2.5k posts on this thread this would definitely prove useful!

ugh this feels so endless. Shortest month of the year and it's becoming an eternity. 😕  I doubt it will even drop this month, and if they decide to drop it the very last second that's just wrong and they are just trolling us.

I've asked that we all do our best to keep this open and the discussion flowing.  As long as people aren't taking advantage of this by trolling or being generally disruptive/stupid then there shouldn't be any problems.  We know that everyone is excited about 0.4, and that's something that we should be happy about.  

 

All we ask for is that everyone tries to stick to the topic of 0.4 and to keep things nice.  No need to troll people with edited screenshots and no need for pages and pages of off-topic arguing.  That being said, I don't think there's a problem with a little banter and discussion among members.

 

Just keep things nice.

You misunderstand our reason for not giving a specific date.  We're not a professional studio and don't have an army of people to work on this full time day-in, day-out.  There's so many different things to prepare and get ready for this release.  It's not like we finished 0.4 in January and decided to make everyone wait a month just for fun.
