Once it's done and ready to be released it is. It's pretty exciting but worth waiting for. I cannot wait to mod vehicles.

lol btw the developer needs some special features for ELS and then he will release it, he is currently waiting for them.

Still, though? How busy is LMS that he hasn't been able to provide Lt.Caine with what he needs to [insert whatever the thing is that the thing that LMS needs to give him does].

Please don't misinterpret what I was saying, though. Wasn't trying to be rude or something although maybe I worded it wrong, I was just wondering about it really.

I'm definitely not misinterpreting what you're saying.. I Agree it could of been worded differently.. Just saying

Will this be compatible with a controller? If so a mammoth addition would be to include a button on the game pad so that once you have activated your lights and siren, with the press of this button, then your the lights remain on, but the siren is muted, press the button again and the siren it activated. (Similar to the keyboard J function once LSPDFR has been activated but for use on a controller!

Anyway looking forward to this when its ready....

It uses its own script for the lights rather then using the GTA V default "light settings". This allows mod authors to put as many lights as they please on a police cars without limitations by the games default lighting system
