Its the EVL beta not ELS

ELS V is not going to be released soon. The video above is using EVL. Lt.Caine will make an official announcement when he feels ready to release the ELS V. There are still some things to check off the to-do list.

He can take all the time he needs, the GTA V lighting system is decent, its not like we're stuck with the.....*shudders*..GTA 4 lights

Still, look at dat traffic advisor in the latest video in the thread. It looks beautiful and I can't wait to try out the cars people make with ELS V when it's out.

 I took a month plus vacation from LSPDFR.. came back today knowing for sure ELS would be out already. Back to vacation I guess!

Can't even play LSPDFR without ELS V any more. But we must be patient!

 

Unfortunately, patient is not in my vocabulary.

Hope to at least get updates on ELS as we not heard nothing from it.

Well GravelRoadCop posted a little while ago in this topic (on the previous page I think?) saying that ELS V is "not coming out soon", so I dunno when to expect it. It could be a few months or it could be a few weeks, it depends on their definition of what soon is.

He has ELS because he can makes car mods and i think hes friends with LT Cain

These days to be able to test good stuff in this community you either have to have a popular youtube channel or be the best vehicle modeler in the community. Really annoying.
