Delta value #s of where the lighting will fall/dummy is.

Here is some colors for those who dont know how to read them. Took me a while to figure out. In format of color then color value in that color then below the color value.
ie RED-   0xFFFF0000
0xFFFF0000
Put most common colors.
Editing the colors in the carcols under setting <color value="0xFFFF0000"/>
 
Have red, blue, green, yellow, and white and a few others in there. HOPE THIS HELPS

Added ELS lighting. I think I did decent for using all gta v parts and not knowing ELS. Vid should come soon.

Scaled it down, fixed majority of textures. Added truck. What y'all tyhink?

An update, working hard.

This stuff is awesome and  can't wait to see more development!

Should be soon. Cause of openIV and everything, I have been pushed back. Should be putting final touches on my first versions of the vehicles.

This and my ladder truck should be released soon. Either tonight or tomorrow.

Yea been a long semester for me. 
 
And the tiller is good. Working with some people on coding before I release the tiller. I plan to make various fire vehicles that are lord friendly.
