Community Team and Staffing Update (2 August, 2015)

Amazing.

That's really the first word that comes to mind when reflecting upon the release of LSPDFR in June.  In a month and a half it has been downloaded over 336,000 times, and the feedback has really been incredible.  Our site activity has been noticeably impacted by this, and we are now reaching roughly 160 new registrations per day.  The increased site activity has really taken a toll on moderation, and we have had to respond to this by reaching out and recruiting more members for a spot on our Community Team.

I would thus like to introduce @Ben, @CouthInk4, and @TheUniT.  I am sure these names will sound familiar to many of you, as these are all long time members of our site whose frequent contributions have not gone unnoticed.  They have now joined the Community Team as Moderators in Training, and will work alongside myself and the entire Community Team to complete their training.  In our traditional fashion, they will advance to Junior Moderators in the coming days and full moderators in the coming weeks.

I would also like to announce that @Lt.Caine, one who likely needs no introduction, has joined the Community Team as an Advisor.  Caine was absolutely instrumental during the beginning stages of the GTA IV police modding community, and we look forward to working with him closely to ensure that our community here at LCPDFR.com continues to grow in a healthy fashion.

I hope that everyone will join me in welcoming our new Community Team members, and I would again like to congratulate everyone above on their new positions.  The future is brighter than it has been in a very long time, and the coming weeks and months will all be very exciting.

I would also like to personally thank everyone who has donated to our site or purchased merchandise from our store.  The donations have been staggering, with some people donating hundreds of dollars to our site.  The store has also been quite popular, with over two dozen orders placed and commissions exceeding $55.  We are grateful beyond words to everyone who has donated to our site, either by using PayPal or buying products from the store.  These donations will be used to pay for our servers, domains, the IPS community suite, and of course development for LSPDFR, among other things.

I would like to also thank our fans across the globe, who have stuck by us despite countless hurdles being flung our way that have repeatedly disrupted LSPDFR development.  As I recently mentioned in one of my last tweets, the sheer diversity and global spread of our fanbase is incredible, and we really could not do anything like what we're doing now without all of you.

Thank you.

Congratulations to the entire team, obviously the users that make the community work also have some credit.. But working hard like you guys do to have LCPD:FR working all day long, compatible with newest version of the game and updating your fan base with great updates has to earn way more credits.

I raise my cup full of bear to celebrate and ask for more years like this to come on the future. LCPDFR is not just a community full of people that loves Police Mods, it's a family, a huge family. :teehee:

Again, Congratulations the new members of the Community Team!!

Congratulations Best Community Team

Just don't insult or demeaned big or small efforts because i know that you can't do it so calm down and just watch their awesome work

Respect Efforts

I'd like to thank both the Community Team and Management Team for giving me the opportunity to work alongside you as a Moderator, When i first joined in 2012 i was rarely active and never planned on using this site much, now this site is part of my daily life, i log on every day to help out in the Forums. I wasn't expecting to join the Community Team, so it was a shock when i was asked to join.

Although being part of the team doesn't change what i'm here to do, I'm here to help out in the community in anyways possible, being part of the team just makes that even more possible. I've been here when 0.91 was a thing and i was around for FCRP when it opened (and when it sadly closed), I also plan on sticking around for a lot longer (especially now i'm not just a member but part of Staff).

I'd also like to thank the rest of the community, because with your support topics and other discussions are the reason why i'm here. i've spent hours on end going through topics and having a laugh at some of them. this site is a great site to be on! =)

If you want to me reply as soon as possible, then either quote or @CouthInk4  me as i'll be notified, a general reply will not notify me
