Agree with LukeD cause both are important, to get your trainer work, you will need scripthookV.
If you want to get your LSPDFR or any other mods working well, you will need to get RPH.

The root of the problem is ragepluginhook .43. To fix the blips, just downgrade to .42.

Hey people, I'm wondering if any modellers could turn Lt. Caines new ambulance into an LAPD Bomb Squad vehicle. It's a simple change of the lighting from red/red to red/blue but because it uses coronas it can't be done via a simple texture change. I'll include some photos of a fictional one which includes some extra spotlights on the front. If you can take this up and finish it rather quickly please comment or message me.

Yes, LSPDFR is built using RagePluginHook so it's plugins must be too.

As a student with big aspirations post graduation, this quote has changed my perspective quite a bit. Instead of thinking of the endgame, you have to construct smaller goals that will eventually lead to the bigger ones. At least that's how I've interpreted the quote. 

According to Ford, the Taurus and the Explorer have the best performance, even against their V8 competitors (in terms of 0-60, and 0-100 runs.) Numbers don't lie. Additionally, there must be some reason they still control 60% of the police market. 
 
Otherwise, I agree. I wish there was a more suitable Crown Victoria replacement (V8, RWD sedan).

It's sad that Ford lost their hold on the emergency vehicle market. Once they discontinued the CVPI, they didn't really have anything to replace it with, which was a huge mistake. That allowed Dodge and Chevy to fill the void that Ford left, and now Ford is scrambling to get that control back with the FPIU and FPI. However, most departments where I live are pretty meh on the Ford lineup. We mostly use FPIUs and Chargers with some Tahoes sprinkled in.
Ford done fucked up. They needed to have a successor to the Crown Vic. It was the king of the law enforcement world, but now there's nothing to fill that void.

So, the final edits are approaching. She is receiving a template as we speak, thanks to @MephistoPheles.
It's been a few months of me mainly sitting around not doing shit, but now I've gotten back on her, and she's coming along very well. I have some new door handles to test on her along with a new Federal Signal Aerodynic Model 25 thanks to @solo from GTAInside.
Here's my latest picture right before I sent her out for a mapping.

Those are not the new doorhandles, btw. I will add them once the templating is finished.

I agree. The Taurus looks virtually the same as the 2013 model, which is nice because the rest of them are hideous. Especially that Expedition with those rims. What the fuck is that meant to be, Pimp My Ride? Is there a PS2 in the backseat too?

I have decided to go at a 1080 founders and after looking at the specs and deciding it would be sufficient for me. Thanks for the thoughts. 

I only have it running on my own vehicle, none of the other emergency vehicles.  Does this have as much of an effect on the FPS or is it the plugin in general that makes the difference?
 
Thank you both for your willingness to help. I have since adopted very low settings in order to get god performance but id prefer to improve.
